I did not sample the food so I left that off my “review”.It’s the music and environment. Nice cozy place for an intimate listening and visual experience. I was able to talk with a few of the musicians during the break.I was thirsty so was able to get a nice mineral water (didn’t want my usual beer due to driving in from the suburbs). No pressure.Nice people - deserving of community support!

Parking: I was able to park right in front, lucky to get that vacant spot...

6 of us went last night (Monday June 12, 2023)The open mic / jam was the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was super talented, friendly and welcoming. The staff were wonderful too!Highly recommendA+++++++++10/10

Emmit’s Place has music every night of the week and a good Blues Jam on Monday nights.This pic is from Carl’s Birthday Party with Redeye Carl and the Gulf Coast Cats band with Tom Penick.It was a great night with a lively crowd.
