I’ve looked all over Houston and Austin since getting back from Bolivia in 2011 for salteñas and finally found them here. Takes me right back to the streets of Santa Cruz. The nicest people are inside. They sell hand rolled, homemade, chicken and beef frozen salteñas. They give you cooking directions. My only request is that you leave a few for me.
