I've gone to Empire for 20 years - it has always just been there like a reliable pal of a restaurant. The food is going to be hot, fresh, and delicious. The atmosphere is going to be chill and you're going to be able to enjoy a conversation even if they're quite full. Empire is good at maintaining quality on a consistent basis and that's what I love about them. Their cake game is on point.
I've been coming here since the early to mid 90s...always enjoy the atmosphere and the people..its good to see the place is still/almost the same..this past time i didnt see any high tables with chairs..but nevertheless had a good time with my youngest daughter. Where i told stories of when i took her mom there almost 3 decades ago...lol..

What is nice is the amount of space throughout the Cafe but surprisingly quite noisy. Get there is a mess as the roads are all under construction.
