Sangmin is the best. He’s such a genuinely nice guy. I was here for work with my crew and every time we went to the bar he was there to hook us up with great drinks and great service. Definitely looking forward to coming back here next year. Sangmin FTW.
We came into the restaurant after a long day and we were famished. We ordered Eric’s Burger, large meat lover’s flatbread pizza, Caesar’s salad and chips with queso & salsa. We did not know the portion sizes were huge. Angel provided us exceptional service and Jerome the chef came out to check on us. The burger 🍔 was the best that I’ve ever tasted. The food and service were exceptional. We plan to return in the near future.

Sangmin was my server and bartender, and he was phenomenal attentive, personable, and the kind of professional who reminds you why dining out is worth it. Exceptional service like his makes the entire experience memorable, and he’s also a great conversationalist. Chef Curtis and Sous Chef Reid were just as impressive. The beef short ribs over polenta was a genius combination rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with skill. The broccolini was cooked absolutely perfectly as well. Honestly, I can’t understand the criticism from Kananda and Ben Smelser. From my experience, the service and food were outstanding.

In all seriousness, this is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Eaten here twice out of convenience on different occasions while staying at the hotel. Both food & service are horrendous. The waiters/waitresses seemingly try to go a good job but they appear to be poorly trained & the food definitely doesn’t make up for it. The third time WILL NOT be a charm. I’d recommend trying literally any other restaurant.

The restaurant provides a charming, formal and professional setting to meet up with colleagues and guest.
Took an hour for mediocre food. Asked for the check three times and it still took literally thirty minutes just to get the check. They had a server robot thing that ended up running into me and spilling some food on me, which they apologized profusely for and said they would comp my meal, but then they comped the wrong person's food. We were in a rush and couldn't get it fixed because, again, lunch took 90 minutes. Definitely won't be coming back.

Our first visit to Eric's and we weren't disappointed. Our orders came FAST (via robot 😳) and my wife's Palak Paneer was tasty; my smoked turkey club sandwich was good EXCEPT the French fries were HEAVILY seasoned with pepper. I do not like spicy foods at all and these were just unpalatable to me. For dessert, my wife had a HUGE raspberry sorbet (4 scoops) with fresh fruit and I had the crème brûlée. There were 2 with fresh fruit and whipped cream but they seemed a bit “bready” - and not really like custard. With each of us having an adult beverage and with the tip, it was $99 and change. Overall, I would say we would be back to try other options on the menu.
Great customer service, perfect setting to have a lunch meeting . Only disappointment was we couldn't have brunch . That's the only complaint for a Sunday afternoon meeting.
I sampled three menu items, and of the selection, the halal chicken curry was the most disappointing. The rice arrived cold, and the chicken was noticeably overcooked, though the naan and tomato-based curry offered a redeeming depth of flavor.
The highlights of the meal were the beverages and sides. The house lemonade was bright and refreshing, while the sandwich proved exceptional. The fries, though enjoyable, would benefit from a slightly longer fry for a crisper finish.
The pasta showed promise, but the execution fell short. The onions, sliced thin and served nearly raw, lacked the rich caramelization that would have elevated the dish. With more attention to detail, this could have been a standout offering.

Would I ever if I didn’t have to? No, but it is appropriate, convenient and they validate parking.
I enjoyed their seasonal menu — each plate told its own flavor story.

BREAKFAST
The good: Service was decent. Our waiter forgot a few things, but was friendly. Atmosphere was calm & quiet. I don’t think this restaurant ever gets busy. Prices are pretty low, but would pay more for a better breakfast. We ordered dinner the night before and most of the food was decent.
The bad: the coffee was not hot and pretty weak. I ordered an espresso to help. My steak and eggs were mediocre, and I’m not sure why they cut it up for me. I did not order steak frites. My wife omelet was ok but needed more seasoning. My daughter breakfast sandwich was also mediocre.
Overall: even thou the food was not the greatest, the restaurant is convenient for guest, it’s never crowded, and it’s inexpensive. Our bill was $70 for three people.
