Escalante's Fine Tex-Mex & Tequila

The other Escalantes locations are better than the Meyerland location. Bad service & management. Waiter dropped a whole container of salsa all over one of ladies in my group covering her dress, purse etc. it was a total mess and the waiters response was “accidents happen”. Not looking to have anything comped, which they did not offer anyway, but they showed they truly did not care. Been there many times before and won't return. Food was decent but service was very slow and inattentive. Pappasitos & El Tiempo are better choices for sure.

I had a very enjoyable Valentine's Eve dinner there. The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. I very much recommend getting there before 6:00 to take advantage of their happy hour specials.

Service with a smile is very well appreciated, suggestions were great and we recommend this place . Esmy was our waitress . Thank you !!

The Meyerland Escalante's is a regular spot for our family. After this week, we needed a chill dinner and some ritas and Liliana, our server, was warm and attentive all night. Honestly the empañadas are my wife and daughter's favs, while the ritas for me put the heavy on me.
Marvin knows our family well and always stops by to welcome us, is upbeat and very service oriented. Try Escalante's today.

The food is great and they take my gluten intolerance seriously. I have never gotten sick from eating here. I do wish they had more gluten free options, though. The staff is always helpful and polite. This is my favorite Escalate's location!
