You're going to find multiple styled layered cakes, some with a jelly filling placed in between layers — it's not a jelly roll so it's not going to be 100% jelly it's 90% frosting between the layers of cake and 10% jelly filling).Worried about customization? You can call in advance and get it done the way you want, but believe me when I say the cakes are beyond flashy (some are simple and they also do seasonal cakes ready to go) and you'll like them how they are.You can literally walk in and walk out with a cake that looks like you ordered it a week and a half in advance. But if you're me you've waited until the last minute and would like a name or phrase written on it, and unfortunately most bakeries won't do quick CLEARLY WRITTEN name customizations. Fear not! Estrellas Bakery has got you. They will write a message or a person's name on a ribbon and place it on your cake.If you like moist cakes then this is definitely the place for you to go. It reminds me of a Tres Leches cake, without the liquid aspect at the bottom.Look, you deserve an affordable cake. You deserve a pretty cake... Once you have one of her/their cakes, it'll be 5 years later and you'll be counting down the days to the next celebratory/cake bringing event ON, so you can get one. Technically you don't have to wait for an event because they are that affordable!It has been amazing watching the decorating qualities improve and grow so much over these years.We were delighted to see this cake outfitted with gold foil, golden edges, edible pearls, etc (see pic). If you don't believe me just go in and look at the cakes and then look at the set price and ask yourself if you're going to find a cake more beautiful and more tasty than what you find at Estrellas Bakery *whispers* You won't!It's time for Houstonians to make Estrellas Bakery a member of their family, by bringing home one these cakes every chance you get. They made my birthday cake last year and it was beautiful! Tres Leches flavor it was a very good price for such a huge cake

Really bad parking lot, place smells like dirty bathroom, staff was kind, bread doesn't taste good, too greasy and lack of flavor, most likely first and last time for me there!
