My first time here and I don't know why everything was superb! The ambience was perfect. The noise level was low. The service was impeccable and the food delicious. I can't wait to go back!
I go to Eugene's frequently and it never disappoints. Last night I took my sister and two friends who had never been to Eugene's before. All three loved the food and totally enjoyed the evening. Our server, Amanda, was fabulous. And the food - as always - was excellent! IMHO, Eugene's has THE best gumbo in Houston. Although I would like to try some of the other dishes, I can never resist ordering shrimp gumbo when I go to Eugene's!
Eugene's continues its longstanding value and consistency every time we visit. The staff is friendly and attentive. But the best is the always outstanding seafood - creative and fresh
