ZERO Stars. I am a returning catering customer of Exquisite Taste Catering, owned and operated by Sabrina Williams. When I worked with her previously, I had a few issues (slow to communicate, late arrival), but she ultimately delivered everything for my event, and the food was very tasty, so I returned to her for another event. That was a big mistake. This time, working with her has been an entirely different situation. I think it’s important to also note that I have learned from more recently posted reviews, and my conversations with another of her victims, Sabrina now has a history of scamming her catering customers. She has been taking deposits, and full payments then, not showing up on the day of the events, and keeping our money. She has even been featured on a local news segment for stealing from and stiffing her customers.In my case, after nearly a year of trying to resolve my issue with no resolution from Ms. Williams, I’d like to warn other potential catering customers of the extremely high risk of working with this business. On February 1, 2022, I sent Sabrina Williams a deposit of $1,005 for an event scheduled for July 4,, 2022. Subsequently, I had to cancel the contract, pursuant to and in compliance with her written cancellation clause. I was within the contracted time frame to receive 100% of my $1,005 deposit back from Sabrina Williams.Sabrina has failed to return my deposit to this day, almost a year later. She has repeatedly asked for more time, which I always accepted. She promised to return my money on several different dates that have come and gone with no effort AT ALL from Sabrina to repay. I have contacted Sabrina multiples times to recover my money, and while she does respond, she never follows through with her promises to repay. I even offered to allow her to repay me in chunks/installments as she claimed she was going through some personal hardships. At this stage, she has never refunded a single dollar of my deposit and I am now in process of filing a small claims case against her/her business.In essence, Sabrina has stolen from me and countless others.I would advise any catering customer considering working with Sabrina Williams and Exquisite Taste to use my experience and the many other negative/1 Star reviews as a cautionary warning, and find another caterer.

Just saw on Fox 26 where she cheated a family out of $4400 for a celebration dinner after the woman spent 6 months in the hospital. She and husband were renewing vows and they never showed. Sad they stole the families money. Shame on them!!!

I believe this management is unprofessional they were called ahead of time to the wedding of my aunt and uncle they failed to show up and caused distress to them and then refused to pay in full for the failure to show up and I believe they should have called to the person who contracted them to refund the full price and any distress they cause for the failure to complete the contract
