Absolutely delicious food, really enjoyed the traditional Colombian plate and my mom also loved her food! The DJ was great and it was a lively and fun atmosphere. 10/10 and the waitress was so friendly!

Ridiculous how they charge $25 to $50 per person just to get in the door!. People working the door ask if you're paying cash or card so they can pocket the cash under the table. Bartenders do the same as well. They are really screwing the owners out of some serious $ or if this is the way the owners want to run their shady business, they are really screwing the customers.

I came here this past Saturday and had an amazing experience. My server (Tamia) gave outstanding service from when we sat down until we left. She helped us decide what To order and knew the drink and food menu well. The beef empanadas and picada were a 10/10. I highly recommend Fabian’s and Tamia as your waitress.

From the Latin options we have in houston, the place is ok.
“It’s a place to dance”, but there’s not really a dance floor. The concept is good with the music and the multiple atmospheres, but They accommodated too many things in one place.

I visited Fabian’s on 3/23/25. My friend and I came in during the afternoon around 1/2 PM. After ordering a few drinks from the bar, we decided to get food. My friend advised me to wave down a server to see if we could get an order put in. I saw a server (CRYSTAL) in all white and waved at her from across the bar. She looked at me dead in my face for 2-3 seconds and I signaled for her to come over to me. She looked away from me and walked away. She was extremely rude and I can’t help to assume this was a race issue because she happily assisted the table next to us AND the table next to them. I went to the bar to ask if the bartender, who was very nice & makes an amazing Oaxacan old fashioned, if we could put an order in with him. He says sure but a server can also put it in. I tell him what happened and he says the other server could help. I ask the other server (QUEN) if she could assist us and she happily did so, with grace and kindness. My bill was only $44 but i tipped her $20 for being kind and accommodating. Maybe if Crystal wasn’t racist, then she could be $20 richer. But with a piss-poor attitude like hers, she will never be rich in life. DO BETTER. Smh.

It is with great sadness that I have to write this poor review. I used to go to Fabian’s a lot but it had been a while until yesterday. I went to watch a soccer match. Horrible experience. The DJ kept interrupting the game with nonsense music we ask repeatedly to stop that since we enjoy listening to the narrator and commentators , but they refused to stop that. The sound was also way way too loud on the music.
Never go there to watch a game.
I am never coming back.

Fabian's does not fail! It is a place with several lovers and you can dance. They have a live band.
