Horrible experience. Huge line, they have no idea how many customers there are other than delivery people. I waited 45 minutes for a simple kobobi, and when it arrived the meat was tough.

Terrible experience, waited over 40 mins for a plate that I never received. I mentioned it to them after I saw the kebabs come for all the people who ordered 5-20 mins after me. They were not sure where my food was at but tried to save themselves by lying after I asked and saying it was ready but they just were missing the sides. How were the sides missing if they packed them in front of me when I ordered? Seems like they dropped the ball big time and it wasn’t even busy. If you see a client waiting in front of the register for more than the 15 mins average for kebabs, as an employee you should ask yourself what is he waiting on? I decided to give them a try instead of my normal Lebanese spot and they really left the worst taste in my mouth. Management needs to train their staff better to make sure to stay organized and how to make it up to clients because they didn’t even try to make it up which made me request a refund.

Overall standard experience. Nothing to amaze since the food was mostly cold and over heated. Only thing I would like was hummus and some salad. Falafel balls were like solid rock and very very dry. Would visit again if given a choice as there are plenty other Mediterranean restaurants out there.

I’ve visited this location 3 times in past but the quality and service both have constantly gone down. This last visit was so bad as food taste was completely missing and got a stale taste in mouth for many salads (there is no authentic dish as almost every other dish is called salad of boiled vegetables with sour taste). The lady on the counter ignorantly acted as if it’s a “premium” restaurant which not everyone could afford, no where even close to that. Overall a forgettable experience which left bad taste in mouth.

The food was good but it took forever to come out / be served, even as takeout.
This is probably one of the worst Fadis that I’ve been to. Limited selection of food and the service is terrible. Every time I come here and up waiting double the time I should.

Food was ok but service was horrible. Two people finished their meal then 12 minutes later the other meals were served.

This restaurant should not represent Arabic food. The food is bland, no taste , lacks Arabic spices and is more suitable for the American palate.
On top of all this the food was over priced. The falafel didn’t even taste like falafel and was overly hard in texture due to the lack of freshness. I will never come back to this restaurant. It was waste of money and time.

I love Fadi's but my experience at this location was terrible! I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap. What I got was definitely chicken tawook and not shawarma. The chicken was burnt and super dry! I will never go to this location again!

Poor service, They didn’t let us to swap drink with a side unlike what the waitress said at first. The food was cold and arrived after 20 minutes, plus we got the wrong order. Not recommended.

Poor service. The waitress at the beginning told us that we can get any side instead of the drink if we make it a combo, then all all a sudden a guy called Christian told me I cannot do that swap !!
It took more than 20 minutes to be served, the wraps are so small, they messed up with our orders we got chicken tawouk instead of chicken shawarma so unorganized. Plus they didn’t have french fries ready. Not recommended.

The shawarma wasn’t actually a shawarma. It was a below average chicken sandwich. The falafel was dry. The only good thing was their hummus. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you want shawarma and falafel. Also, extremely overpriced for the quality of food.

Other than the eggplant, our food was bland and lukewarm.Whoever designed the decor failed. Ok for a quick work lunch but yech. Stick to the original

Been to multiple Fadi’s locations and this is by far the worst. Waited 40 mins to get are our full meal. Makes no sense. Inefficient. Better off going to a different Fadi’s location vs this one.
