Yesterday, my family and I went and were served by Ms. Irene. Words can't describe the excellent service she provided. She not only attended to us with a smile the entire time but also answered all our questions. She makes that place shine even brighter. Every restaurant should be blessed to have someone like Irrene in charge. We will be back next week thanks to the service Irene gave us. Gracias Irene 💛

The food was disgusting! It tasted as if it had this stale refrigerator taste! As if it was left over food! I ordered the vegetarian sampler plate. My delivery guy was fantastic. However the only thing that was good was the pita bread. I ended up getting a terrible stomach ache after eating it and had to leave work! I will never order from this restaurant ever again it is pretty hard to mess up Mediterranean food. however they have succeeded it was very disappointing as well I spent $45 just for my dinner for 1! I don't think that I will be eating the desert... which is a piece of chocolate cake I am completely turned off!

Even though the food is good, the unhygienic practices of this restaurant are concerning. There was a person serving take out trays without gloves, sticking her fingers in her ear and then going back to add food. She touched every garnish on the salad buffet with her bare hands. And lastly, as they were drying dishes out of the dishwasher, she took the green towel and wiped her nose then continued to wipe the clean dishes. I’m sure the owners can verify all that. It’s truly a shame because their food is tasty, but there’s nothing on earth that will make me ever eat there again.

Food is always good and fresh. Expectations met for cleanliness. However, I had an issue with the staff’s service. I told them I was allergic to mushrooms and wanted to make sure nothing of what was served to me had no mushrooms. Everything was find til I get my kebab with a skewer with onion, tomato, and right in the middle is the mushroom. I was not able to properly eat my meal after that.

I waited over 30 minutes for a wrap I was told would be ready in 15. During that time, no one acknowledged the delay or gave me any kind of update. When I finally went to the counter to ask, my order was sitting there waiting to be packed. It was warm, but not warm enough for how long I had been waiting. Still, no apology or explanation from the staff.

Unfortunately, this isn’t my first disappointing experience at this location. I had previously stopped coming after visiting on a slow day and being completely ignored—no greeting, no effort to take my order. I decided to give it another chance because I do enjoy the food, but today’s experience confirmed that I should have trusted my first instinct. The customer service continues to be lacking.
