Fadi's Mediterranean Grill

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Amazing food, very nice people, good prices... just overall so so good!

I go to Fadi's all the time as I love their food. I just had a bad experience at this location. The server behind the counter just seemed nervous about the line and was not listening to me correctly. He wasn't giving me what I was asking for correctly and then when we finally understood, he rudely dumped the food on my plate. I then asked for a grilled item without onions, but he wrote down 'no vegetables,' only chicken, so I didn't get anything else, not even garlic sauce. He just didn't seem to care. The lady serving us at the table was actually very sweet, Mariela. She brought us tea and to-go boxes and was extremely courteous! The guy behind the counter needs customer service classes.

This Fadis is the best all around. They have the best food, the best service, I have yet to be disappointed and I’m a regular there at this point. Very very hospitable and friendly staff and they have gluten free options which makes my life so much easier. Their gluten free cheese pie is beyond delicious I can eat that everyday for the rest of my life. I highly recommend it.

We haven’t been to this location in awhile as it’s quite a distance from our home but we were in the area and dropped in. What a great experience! The service was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted with a smile. They were patient with us upon selection of our meal and the manager stopped to ask about the service provided. The staff were very sweet and attentive. If we are on that side of town, we will be sure to stop in again. The food is always great of course!

We absolutely loved the food — everything was super fresh, flavorful, and offered great variety. We went with our baby, and without even asking, the staff kindly helped us with our plates and made us feel so welcome. Their kindness really stood out. Highly recommend Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill on Westheimer in Houston!
