Zulu was perhaps not having the best day at the drive through. I ordered online first and spent $39 only to have them cancel it and send a message that I will have my money back in 3 days. I still go, to Fadis and try and order at the drive thru, not the best customer service and when I called to explain, no apology. I will not hold it against her as we all have not so great days, and I love this place. $70 and I still had nothing to eat, however I know I will be refunded soon. My mother is the only one who got her food and she was very satisfied with it. Thank you for replying back and it was a nice gesture and I appreciated it.

Sarah at Fadi’s was excellent—so sweet and welcoming. I’m from Dubai, and this is hands down the best shawarma and Middle Eastern food I’ve had in Houston. Highly recommend

Fadi's is fantastic! We have been many times. Always great fresh food with a variety of tasty Mediterranean options. Never found another place with this quality of Mediterranean food. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience at Fadi’s Restaurant on Westheimer. The food was fresh, flavourful, and delicious with generous portions. The staff were friendly specially Mohamed gave us excellent service. General Manager Shah was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Amazing food, very nice people, good prices... just overall so so good!

I go to Fadi's all the time as I love their food. I just had a bad experience at this location. The server behind the counter just seemed nervous about the line and was not listening to me correctly. He wasn't giving me what I was asking for correctly and then when we finally understood, he rudely dumped the food on my plate. I then asked for a grilled item without onions, but he wrote down 'no vegetables,' only chicken, so I didn't get anything else, not even garlic sauce. He just didn't seem to care. The lady serving us at the table was actually very sweet, Mariela. She brought us tea and to-go boxes and was extremely courteous! The guy behind the counter needs customer service classes.

This Fadis is the best all around. They have the best food, the best service, I have yet to be disappointed and I’m a regular there at this point. Very very hospitable and friendly staff and they have gluten free options which makes my life so much easier. Their gluten free cheese pie is beyond delicious I can eat that everyday for the rest of my life. I highly recommend it.
