Zulu was perhaps not having the best day at the drive through. I ordered online first and spent $39 only to have them cancel it and send a message that I will have my money back in 3 days. I still go, to Fadis and try and order at the drive thru, not the best customer service and when I called to explain, no apology. I will not hold it against her as we all have not so great days, and I love this place. $70 and I still had nothing to eat, however I know I will be refunded soon....
Fadi's is fantastic! We have been many times. Always great fresh food with a variety of tasty Mediterranean options. Never found another place with this quality of Mediterranean food. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
Excellent experience at Fadi’s Restaurant on Westheimer. The food was fresh, flavourful, and delicious with generous portions. The staff were friendly specially Mohamed gave us excellent service. General Manager Shah was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.
