Our company wanted to place a CATERING order with this company but there was difficulty with reaching anyone who can answer a few questions to finalize the proposed menu and service for the finance team. Absolutely no follow up phone call, no follow up email...the computer-generated confirmation you receive from the website comes from a no-reply email address. This is not a Google problem, it's a customer service issue and you are not open to the general public, regardless of service type, if you are non-responsive. Valuable time was wasted trying to support this business. This business may have passion, and they may be good people but customer service simply is not part of their business model. Don't believe me? Go ahead and waste your time too, lol. Better to order from an establishment who at least is open to communication.

Got to pass the restaurant when we picked up equipment to produce our Cannabis Lemonades, and I guess they could tell we haven’t eaten one thing that day as they passed us, they whipped something for us in the kitchen. They asked if we liked spicy or not and we got one of both. When you go inside all you can smell all the love coming out of that kitchen. Air was in layers of smoking good barbecue. These people looked like they could live forever cuz they love what they’re doing. The bun was toasted to match what was glazing into itself the fall off the bone meat that made us float when our eyes closed. The meat was so tender and you could tell that rib came from an pig that was so loved you’d cry as if it were the movie Babe. They got a whole apartment built in front of their face that isn’t even started getting full yet so they’ve been mostly catering but I swear to you the food tastes like that food that makes an event unforgettable. When the apartments fill up this places line will be out the door as long as there’s an open sign.

I get so sick and tired of trying to support my people here in Houston …I found the review for this place while scrolling IG and said hmm I’ll try it …so on a Monday I called 3 times no answer but got a VM that listed their hours. I drove through traffic and arrived at 3:53 pm to locked doors maybe I’ll try again next year if they’re still here

Fainmous is, by far, the best BBQ and catering service in town. I found them a few years ago when I was in a pinch after another BBQ caterer let me down (and I am so happy they did because that let me to Fainmous). After the staff tried their BBQ, I was never "permitted" to order BBQ for corporate events from anyplace else. I have since moved on to a new company and served their BBQ to this crew for the first time. Same response. The staff absolutely loved it. The brisket and pulled chicken are SO flavorful and tender and every side is delicious. To top it off, we had Karen's banana pudding for dessert, and there wasn't a dollop left. Karen and James are fantastic to work with; you can't go wrong with them. They've NEVER let me down. Thanks, Fains, you are simply the best. I always say, "You can just taste that their food is made with love," and I mean it!

Drove 25 minutes and it was closed at 2pm and said it was open at 12. Someone else show up and was surprised as well. Never been and was looking forward to it but probably never be back. They should really update their Google hours as most use that to decide regardless of their website info.

The food was delicious and the customer service was great .I got a three meat combo and shared with my fiance .It was alot of food for a reasonable price .The brisket was so tender and all the sides were full of flavor .I was looking for bbq on our vacation and this food surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend and enjoyed my time at this restaurant.
Awesome tasting bbq joint. Pretty sure the owner(s) took care of me and my girl the evening we went. Sandwiches were incredible. Owners were super nice. All around great place and can’t recommend enough.

Had lunch here today and it was exactly what I wanted! Customer service was great, first of all. Super friendly, great suggestions. Got the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, sausage, brisket, baked beans, and coleslaw. Everything was absolutely delicious. They didn’t have enough coleslaw for a full side, so they gave us a little potato salad as well—also delicious. We were also told we needed the pineapple tea, which was true. It was super tropical and punchy in the best of ways! Great experience, great food—if I have time, will go again :)

What a lucky find, we were hungry for a late lunch and many places were closed. We saw that Fainmous bbq was open and decided to give it a shot. It was quiet at 3pm but the owner was very gracious and helped us pick the right bbq meats and sides. Brisket was the clear star, but the sausage and pulled pork were also excellent. Smokey, savory, tangy goodness, and you could tell the food comes from the heart. I might have to go back for some more brisket while we are in Houston. Also… we tried the pineapple sweet tea and it was excellent! 10/10 great place

I was in the area and had a taste for bbq so I found this place online and made an order. I got a 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket. For the sides I got potato salad and baked beans and my drink was a pineapple tea...I've never had pineapple tea but it was great and so was the food so I'll definitely be back.
Ordered food for my entire office staff, and everything was exceptional. We had the rib tips, brisket, sausage, chicken, and pulled pork. All the meat is cooked to perfection. Sides were amazing too especially the beans and potato salad!! On top of the amazing food, the owners truly are the best. I placed the order through a third-party delivery service, and no fault to the owners, the delivery address was incorrect. They quickly jumped into action to make sure I still got my food and stayed on the phone with me the whole time until I had everything in hand. 5 -star service and 5-star quality food. Must try this place. You will NOT regret it.
