Fajita Flats is a family owned business. A small business like this is TOUGH to run and keep running. No one is perfect, but these guys work hard to make it the best they can. They have a fantastic staff who have been with them for years who all part their heart and souls into keeping that business alive though great food and service. It is truly a place where even a stranger can feel welcome and at home.
Food was delicious and served quickly. The owner checked to see how I liked everything several times, as did the wait staff. The amount of food was very large. I loved the salsa, full of flavor and not too much heat. The charro beans were great. I had a plate which included a chicken enchilada, a beef burrito and a beef taco...all large and tasty. Some of their specialities are expensive, tho. The atmosphere was as a cantina. I am definitely going back soon.
We stayed a little over closing. When we ask the manager we're they ready to go home his answer was I don't know how to describe it. But they're the ones kept taking our money. But it was ok. The waitress kinda didn't have a great personality. But she was ok. I love the atmosphere.
