Waited over and hour for delivery and still nothing. Called the restaurant, multiple times, only for them to not answer. Finally my wife went to the store to get our money back. We are done, and I highly suggest that anyone reading this does the same. Poor service should equal no business.

The food was great, as always, and online ordering went smoothly. We've always liked everything we get from Pete's, but the fajita salads are absolutely wonderful. Not my first time here & definitely won't be the last.
Parking: It's in a strip, so there is plenty of parking at this location.
This is a little space the worker want friendly at all just walked out from the back and I said that I ordered online she grabbed the bag sat it on the counter and began to walk off when I asked if there was eating untensils in the bag at which point ahe acted like she was being bothered and grab me some. I got chicken fajitas .. the chicken fajitas reminded me of the chicken that is already cooked in a bag in the freezer section of the grocery store the rice reminded me of something out a box and the refried beans was very runny. I guess this was more of a fast food type of place then authentic. Won't be going back to this location nor any others for fajita Pete's

The wait is habitually horrendous and the staff is impolite. I waited for almost an hour for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready and the staff did not care at all. It turned out that my order was sitting the entire time ready and no attempt to offer any apology or compensation was made. Would have been nice to just receive an apology.The fajitas are expensive for the amount you get, and now that a new Tex Mex place is across the street, I feel like this place will continue to suffer in all areas.

I had placed an doordash order at this location but it came extremely late. When I called and asked the driver why was he sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes; he told me that the restaurant was still making me order. That they had a catering order and used all the cheese and had to make fresh cheese. Like what? Why do I have to wait? Shouldn’t the catering orders cheese be separate from what available for to go/in store orders?I didn’t even get to eat my lunch because of this; I only have 30 minutes of break time. Between me placing the order and the restaurant taking so long to fill the order to when it actually arrived my break time was up. Extremely disappointed with the customer service they gave me.
