It was horrible. My friends and family had planned a surprise party for me and when I say the customer service was horrible. That's an understatement . Wanting to over charge for a shot of Hennessey. Then trying to double charge people for drinks they didn't receive. We packed up the party and went to spend our money somewhere else.. and I'm only giving it a star because I have to in order to post my review

The vibe is nice, very safe environment! Drinks were hitting - music choices need to be updated (before 12am).. but after 11:30pm, the DJ comes in and the place gets lit!! The DJ plays caribbean music (dancehall, soca, reggae) and AfroBeats ??

The experience exceeded expectations with childhood games, a refreshing escape, a fantastic city view, delightful drinks, and a vibe that kept us grooving all night. Service was okay, a bit slow for a moderate crowd. The games and activities made this place enjoyable. Some broken machines and nasty sticky areas to be aware of but overall I'd still come back. Bar had a cocktail menu with good ideas but don't think the bartenders are trained properly.
