This place stays packed, but the line moves pretty fast. Rather, you're buying fresh, cut meat or something out of the hot soulfood line you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a dinner with additional sides from the Cullen location yesterday through Uber Eats. Iâd called before to inquire if they had corn bread to go with the meal, as on previous days it said theyâre out of it on UE Whatâs a southern meal without cornbread if itâs something you want to complete your meal. They said they did after talking to about 3 people. I also asked if the drinks were included, as they are when I go in and order, it was. Whenever I order through UE, I never get a drink. I now realize that FF never gives the person picking up the order a cup, as when I go in and get a order.Because the cornbread nor picture slot wasnât even on the menu for me to order an additional piece, I asked if I could purchase an additional piece, they had my payment information. The gentleman took my name and told me he would assure that the drink and additional cornbread would be added. It was not, so I called back and got nothing short of pure rudeness and hung up on, when I was told that my order didnât come from there, and had no ticket for me and hung up on again. I live about 7-8 minutes away from the Cullen store and the other store they have is well across town on Mesa, so in the timeframe of placing my order to when it was delivered, a helicopter must have delivered it, not the lady in the car. I called back asking to speak to the manager, as I told him I donât mind buying whatever I want, and supporting our Black businesses, but what I donât pay for is rude customer service. Although the food is good, and had I been rude to any of them, I surely would understand, I was not. When I go get a dinner order, all are courtesy to everyone, so I was amazed overall. We pay additional fees for the food through any delivery service, the manager told me they donât make any money off those plates. If they didnât I guess UEats is making all the money. Poor customer service is unnecessary when itâs the customers that makes it possible for everyone to be able to survive and thrive. Let 30-50% of the customers stop patronizing then customers would see all types of sales on meat trying to pull customers in hopes that they buy from the steam table to. Donât bite the handâs that feeds your company continue to grow not only in the store but only as well. Poor customer service is unacceptable in any business.

Dietary restrictions: No salt or sugar substitutions. This is REAL food.
Kid-friendliness: No kids unless they're old enough to help load up the car.

I went to this meat market because I sent it on tik Tok . The food at the counter it was okay but not the best.
the sweets potatoes were ok. I ate some of the food of the plate .
Smothered pork chops with rice and gravy. Mustard greens and sweet potatoes
I got when I took it home the next day and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Going to eat some of it the next day
It smelled really bad, the food to wear in making throw up
A very repulsive feeling. I had to throw it out of my house.
I should have not went there from the tik Tok video made me decide to drive 30 minutes away.
I got a couple meat products from them the meat from them is kind of bland I don't think I will be a repeat customer
I said I knew something when the guy when I was checking out return to me because
He said it had a smell to it
But maybe sometimes going to the big grocery stores chains may be better
but with the economy I guess we are trying new stuff right now to survive and take care of our families

Purchased meatloaf, yams, greens, rice, gravy, cornbread, and a candy bar for my mother today. She enjoyed everything about her meal. Everything was nicely seasoned, and hot. You could tell that the food was freshly prepared. None of the food looked as if it had sat out in the display case all day.The staff was polite, and casually dressed, their aprons covering their attire. Their moods were pleasant and professional. I will buy meals for my mothers from there often. Keep up the excellent work. đđđđ

Food:
Fried chicken, greens, cabbage, rice, and cornbread.
-Fried Chicken - fresh and pretty good
-Greens - a tad bit salty
-Cabbage - bland
-Cornbread - yummy
I mixed the greens and cabbage which created a good balance in terms of the seasoning.
As per my son:
Meatloaf, greens, mac and cheese, rice, and cornbread.
-Meatloaf - fresh and delicious
-Greens - overly seasoned
-Mac and Cheese - tasted like box mac nâcheese (unenjoyable unfortunately)
-Cornbread - very good
Service:
There could be improvement in the area of customer service. A welcome, a smile and good-bye or âhave a nice dayâ, could go a long way.
Atmosphere:
The market was clean and well stocked. The atmosphere amongst the customers and clientele was very friendly.
