Food was amazing and came out quick. Got the bulgogi and the New York one, the bulgogi one was, not gonna lie, very mid, but the New York one blew my mind. Would come again for sure.
I’ve been coming to Fat Bao since 2016. In the past, the food has always hit just right, and I have always been satisfied. Today, I was disappointed with both the food and the restaurant. I’m not sure when Fat Bao stopped having menus on hand for customers to peruse, but the lack thereof is honestly irritating. A personal favorite of mine is the Yummy Byrd, which I frequently crave from here- it has a lightly cooked outer coat that slightly crunches when you bite into it, giving way to a soft interior.
