Where to start… Took a minute to get seated although customers weren’t heavy. Sat for almost 20 minutes no waiter. The table directly across from us came after us and was acknowledged and offered service. So we left…sucks the menu looked great and our mouths were set. Just no one took our order or acknowledged us.

Excellent prices, the crab is always cooked well, never had a problem here. The staff is entertaining and hilarious. I definitely recommend sitting at the bar. All of the bartenders are awesome. Very personable. Overall, good management and good people. Amazing drinks by the way.

The bartender and manager on 10/31 were out right horrific. The experience was so horrible I will most certainly file a complaint with the Attorney General, BBB to small claims court..I have much more to say.. I will update

I Sat at the bar and asked for henny with coke. The bartender proceeded to pick up a glass of flat coke and poured it into my drink. I tried to ignore it and just sip on it but it was nasty. I asked for another drink to see if she would do it again and she did. I then asked her to get fresh coke from the fountain and it was still flat. Definitely not coming back to get drinks. Who leaves coke in a glass? It needs to be a fresh coke.

Poor service and automatic gratuity. My server did not take my order correctly and added extra items, when it was time to go we had to walk toward exit in order to pay the bill but you get what you get at this kind of place

You don't see it until after you get your receipt. Took my daughter for her birthday and just paid 30 on a 100 tab.. service wasn't THAT good.

I gave them 1 star because i need to write this review. First of all, let's talk about how rude the staff was , Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. And to add insult to injury the food was terrible! Paid almost $20 for a catfish plate that's should have been free.

Ok I’ve never eaten here ever but I read the one star reviews and apparently this place adds an automatic gratuity of 27% to every bill. That’s….bad…..on so many levels. Never mind the 27% which is just outright theft, the big problem is the automatic part. Do you know why the restaurant industry is the way that it is? Because if the waitstaff isn’t compensated directly according to the level of service it provides every table, then the level of service given to ALL tables is BAD. So until/unless they drop the auto-grat policy, stay away. Stay far away….
