First stop off the plane, was on the fence on either @fegesbbq or another spot. I saw carrot cake on the menu and that was the ultimate decider. This is my first time here and was surprised to walk into a food court. I’m a sucker for sliced pork belly. The immediate hit of the sweetness that comes off the pork and the taste of smoke. Between bites of the spicy jack cheese sausage that balanced the spiced with the simple is best fight in my mouth. Such a nice and smokey brisket melted into my mouth and into my soul. Btw a wonderful dark crunchy bark. Makes me miss being in TX. Between these fatty smoked meats, the elote corn salad was a nice acidic and refreshing bite. And in the end the thing that made me want to come here. The carrot cake! So moist!!! best carrot cake I’ve had? Idk, but I cant think of anything else right now. All this in the last place I expected . . . a food court of all locations. After my meal, definitely I agree with their shirt of being the best food court barbecue in TX . . . heck the US. Even without falling in that niche category, it was a delicious meal.

I've had better BBQ and I have had worst BBQ. But it is free for Veterans. So that made it the best BBQ ever.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Heartfelt Salute to Feges BBQ – Honoring Veterans with More Than Just Great Food
I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to Feges BBQ for their incredible support of the veteran community. As someone who has served, it means a lot when a business not only acknowledges that sacrifice but backs it up with real, tangible appreciation. Offering free meals for veterans on Fridays isn’t just generous—it’s powerful. It says, “We see you, we value you, and we want to feed you like family.” And let me tell you, the food they’re serving? It’s worth every bit of praise.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed—not just as a customer, but as a human being with a story. The staff were kind, respectful, and genuinely proud to be part of something that gives back. There was no awkwardness, no red tape, no fine print. Just good Texas BBQ and gratitude.
Now, let’s talk about the BBQ itself. Feges BBQ is phenomenal. The brisket is tender and flavorful, practically melting in your mouth. The ribs fall off the bone and are seasoned to perfection. The turkey is shockingly moist, and the sausage is bold and smoky. But what sets Feges apart are the sides—collard greens, elote-style corn, pimento mac and cheese, and their famous whole grain mustard potato salad. This isn’t your average BBQ spot. This is BBQ with soul, love, and culinary creativity.
Even better, the atmosphere is laid-back, clean, and welcoming. Whether you’re there with your family, fellow vets, or on your own, it feels like a place where you can take a load off and be appreciated for more than just your money.
Thank you, Feges BBQ, for not forgetting us. Thank you for feeding veterans not just with food, but with dignity. Your Friday meals aren’t just a bite to eat—they're a warm reminder that service is seen, remembered, and honored. In a world that often moves on too quickly, gestures like this matter.
To my fellow vets—do yourself a favor and head to Feges on a Friday. You’ll walk out with a full belly and a full heart.

God Bless Feges BBQ for supporting our Veteran community like no other! This Veteran owned BBQ spot located in Greenway serves up an amazing BBQ plate for Vets every Friday for free!
Plate includes 2 meats, 2 sides a dessert and a fountain drink!!🤯
The BBQ is outstanding. I’m presently stuck on brisket and smoked turkey. I’m gonna have to work my way through the other items on the menu in the near future. Don’t sleep on the sides. Some of the best around. The baked potato salad is money.
Their house made pickles are better than anything out of a jar.
Thank you FEGES for your great work and great food🫡

Feges BBQ is a must! 🔥 We had the brisket, housemade sausage, pulled pork, mac and cheese, bread pudding, and carrot cake—everything was cooked to perfection!! The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender with a deep smoky flavor, the sausage had a satisfying snap when you bit into it, giving way to juicy, flavorful filling, and the pulled pork was juicy and packed with flavor. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and the ultimate comfort food. The bread pudding and carrot cake were a great way to finish off the meal—simple, tasty, and just the right sweetness. Huge portions, super friendly service—we’re definitely coming back!

Went here for lunch for a work trip given the great ratings. I ordered the brisket, ribs, beans, and brussels sprouts. Both brisket and ribs were dry and tough, beans were relatively flavorless, only the brussels were crispy and flavorful.
Service however was quick, polite, and accommodating. Overall cost was reasonable (under $30 for a 2 protein plate). Plenty of seating in the food hall which seems new, and has a few other restaurant options.
Parking convenient and plentiful as they offer validation via a chaser ticket, and the parking is directly across from the food hall.
If this wasn't Texas the food would be passable, but there are many better alternatives IMHO.
