The staff was great. Very nice, helpful and friendly. The brisket was as good as you can expect at 8pm on a Friday. They were sold out of the ribs and sausages. The korean greens and the whole pig were good, but mixed together, they are a perfect marriage! The corn bread was great. Not dry at all. The carrot cake was a nice finish to any room left in our stomachs. Oh, and the pickles are addictive!
Less than impressed on my first visit. It’s 6pm on a Tuesday and already ran out of baked potatoes. I was told it’s common to run out. Why not have more on hand? Had to settle for loaded mashed potatoes which were dry and saturated with onions. Also disappointed at the lack of non alcoholic beverage options. Rambler water is on the menu but not available. Only NA options were soda and tea. Not ideal if you don’t want to consume caffeine late in the day.
Wasn't expecting an order at counter and sit down and wait for food to arrive. Kinda suggests that the food isn't hot and ready to serve on order. In fact our order felt a little slow, kind of points to my suspicion
