I stopped by Feng Cha near IKEA and honestly think this might be the best Feng Cha location I’ve been to! I ordered the Dirty Boba with taro foam (regular ice, regular sweetness), and it was absolutely delicious. The drink was perfectly balanced, and the boba was cooked just right! The staff member who made my drink was also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I just went in and ordered 4 drinks and a dessert and the girls at the front were AMAZING they got it done fast and we're so nice I honestly only regret coming in when I did because they were busy and I felt bad adding more too their load but 10/10 service and drinks i HEAVILY recommend stopping by especially when Isabel and Kassie are working (Hopefully I got their names correct) I am definitely becoming a regular!🙂↕️🙂↕️

This is my first time at the Spring Branch location and I was a little hesitant bc although the drinks are primarily consistent at each store, sometimes there’s an off chance that the drinks are just not good. I usually get a citrus lord, 75% sweet, no ice, tea and add kiwi but I changed it up a bit today and swapped the kiwi for strawberry. Omgggg it’s so good! Might be a new fav and great alternative to the kiwi! Yvonne was the sweet girl who made my drink today and I asked if I could try it before she closed it up and she was very sweet and accommodating 🫶🏻 her drink was 💯 perfection and I will def have to come back to this location if I’m in the area!!

Honestly drinks here 10/10. Boba at a lot of places doesn’t always hit but this place is amazing. The Mango au lait… I dream about it it’s so refreshing!!! With so many boba places, so far this is my top. The people working are really nice and respectful. Can’t wait to try all the drinks on their menu!!!

Such a cute little boba shop! Especially in a plaza center! The shop was very cute & cleaned. I didn’t see anyone in the counter so I ordered from the kiosk, I ordered two of their popular drinks & I don’t regret it at all. I had the creme brûlée boba & the Oreo boba which were really yummy! Definitely a cool spot to check out.

I cannot believe how atrocious the service is. Single employee taking order and making drinks on a Sunday? It’s fine that service is slow but drinks taking almost 45 minutes and then when she handed me the order, 1 out of 4 drinks was missing, and 2 drinks out 4 doesn’t even have the toppings that I paid money for.
I was #118, they served everyone up to 130 before I got my drinks (then waited more for the missing drink) and I didn’t even order anything complicated: 3 Oolong milk tea and a fruit tea. I hate leaving reviews, even for bad experiences but this takes the cake.
