I adore this boba place because of their delicious milk foam! You really gotta try the Dirty Boba! I adore that you can adjust the sweetness level to suit your tastes. The tapioca pearls were perfectly cooked—they weren't extremely chewy or firm!Their fruit drinks taste really good too. I must return to sample their desserts! We received our items quickly, and the personnel was quite polite!

I used to be a regular here because the employees created a wonderful atmosphere. But lately, things have gone downhill. They had issues with one of the machines for a few weeks, and more recently they’ve been so understaffed that there was nowhere to sit. The employees have consistently tried their best, but management obviously doesn’t care about them.Today was the last straw. The lobby reeked and I noticed this bucket collecting some kind of rank liquid. Apparently a sewage pump broke and this was the solution management gave them. Collecting what might be human waste in sight of customers. If I hadn’t lost my appetite from the smell, I’d definitely not order anything based on how unsanitary this is. Absolutely unacceptable from management to not only accept, but suggest this!

Drinks are ok compared to other Feng Chas. Customer service is exceptional. Ok place to study/work imo, but nice place to hang since Dave n Busters is nearby.Disappointing the cheese foam is not as flavorful or thick as other locations. However, my drink was still good! I love the employees bc they were so patient w/ my order. This place is ok to study/work. They have outlets on the chairs to charge your devices. My main gripe are those d*mn kids from the SlooMoo museum next doors. They're so loud, entitled and PISS ME OFF.
