Come do lunch here! A cool gastronomic spot for a quick lunch. They get the food to you quick and are helpful with the menu. There are plenty places to sit and eat for your lunch or dinner and people watch. Good job Downtown Houston!

Not only would I rate the food a 10/10, but the service is phenomenal. The chef himself served us and made our food right in front of us! Best pizza and pasta I have had in a minute! Definitely going to keep coming back.

Absolutely underrated. Soft and crispy bread that crunches but it’s also doughy. Owner is here hustling. It’s everything that is great and you want to support.

loved the location. super casual dining. lively atmosphere. it is inside a food hall, with 3 tables and chairs. you can either do a slice or entire pizza. we are vegetarians so we tried both the vegetarian options: margherita and funghi. both are best! funghi was dry to our liking and could use more truffle cream. but overall a nice quick grab a bite kinda spot.
Vegetarian options: a couple vegetarian options.
Parking: either paid parking garage or free street parking late nights.

We went here not realizing it was in the food hall, but it turned out great! We had the baked goat cheese app and I ate so much of it, I ended up with a slice of pizza for my main instead of the pasta I wanted! My husband has a pasta dish and loved it! Their sauce really is awesome!

My wife and I both got the Alfredo with the Parmesan crusted chicken. The chicken was delicious but the pasta with Alfredo sauce left us a little disappointed. We were expecting more flavor in the sauce but it was bland kind of like a watered-down sauce for a microwave dinner. The pizza looks delicious, perhaps we will give that a shot next time instead.

This is hands down the best pizza in Houston and a top contender in the country. It’s Roman style pizza ‘Al taglio’ (by the slice) which is essentially the baguette of pizza. It’s a high hydration long fermentation dough which means extra soft moist airy and open crumb inside with extra crispy outside. It also digests easily as it’s extra fermented to break down the gluten more. A cross section is a work of art with glossy and tender strands of weakened gluten. They don’t over do the toppings so you can eat pizza guilt free. Such is the Italian spirit. As someone who lived in New England and spent time in Italy you won’t find anything comparable in Houston. Take full advantage of this perfect pizza.

I had the caesar salad and bolognese. Both were fantastic and I highly recommend. The ingredients were very fresh and of high quality.

I went to Figo’s last night during the downtown Lunar New Year celebrations. The owner Chris was there. Despite the huge crowd, he greeted me with a fist bump and smile. I ordered the margarita pizza to- go. The smell was so overwhelmingly good that I began eating the food in my car! This place has the best pizza in town, you won’t be disappointed.

The best margherita pizza, pasta, mozzarella sticks, canolli desserts in all of Houston with fresh high quality ingredients. Everything is good on the Chef’s menu! The food is phenomenal my taste buds light up like fireworks with every bite. Yum yum yum!!! And it’s a treat to have leftovers the next day since portions are pretty generous! DELICIOUS! If you’re in downtown houston and looking for Italian, do yourself a favor and try out Figo Sugo. Not only are the owners super kind, but their food is phenomenal. Located within a food hall, so you can order and go right next door to a phenomenal bar and enjoy your meal there. The fried calamari and mozzarella sticks were awesome, and generously sized portions.Tuesday night is steak night, and WELL worth the price for a 16 oz steak with macaroni, salad, and bread. Will be back!
