I’m not sure if my expectations were too high, but the food at Finn didn’t suit my taste. The main dish was quite bland and I had to ask for extra seasoning. Also, the table didn’t seem properly cleaned before we sat down, which felt a bit careless.

Elderly parent went in to wait for a ride tonight and the security guard said they had 2 minutes to order something of they had to leave. Parent had bags in tow, so did the guard assume they were a vagrant? Terrible experience because they are a frequent patron to the food and coffee vendors. Avoid this location if you need to step out of the cold for a moment or can't decide what you want in two minutes. Will not return.

We did a tunnel tour and wound up at ARTISTRY for a fabulous lunch! Sweet potato bowl, brie&berry panini, chicken and goat. The blend of flavors were perfect! Thank you.

The wait here is so ridiculous. 40 minutes for avocado toast and smoothies. It was 10 AM on Saturday with only one other order in front of us. Definitely not the place if you're in a rush. I feel it could be significantly improved through better organization.

This evening, in a search for some good food, I happened upon Proper - a burger spot, inside of The Finn. Sam was at the counter and I had a lot of questions, he had a lot of patience and answered each one in great detail. Sam is also the cook, you could tell by the way he described each hamburger that he really loves the food that he’s putting out. When I wasn’t sure if I’d like one of the ingredients, he made a suggestion that I try a little sample to make sure I’d like it before he prepared my hamburger for me. I really appreciate that Sam went above and beyond for me. JP also helped me while I was there, JP was very kind and nice. The service was exceptional and the taste of the food at Proper was incredible! I was blown away by their burgers and fries. To say it was merely mouth watering would be an understatement. I saw a sign that said Proper was selected and recognized in the top 23 burgers in Houston; Proper must be number one, there is no other ranking that would be fair. This is probably the best hamburger I’ve ever had in my life. I’m already sad that I go home tomorrow and can’t have another right away. I will plan another visit to Houston just to go back to Proper, eat their delicious food and see Sam and JP again.

Went for the syrup got the gate, left behind the leather. Can't get anything done right unless I wait to get the food. Tried not to go inside and see... False beliefs about the menu rushed me. Not my problem, it's all the witches. Oops. I don't give a fork. I'll sleep on it...
The rainbow cake I bought was great. Doesn't need the cereal. Don't remember which booth off hand.
