We were the only customers and yet it took forever to get a refill. Our first order of drinks took 20 minutes. We were the only ones there. That may be the reason it had nobody in there. The food quality was ok , not sure it match the price.
The Chef literally opened the restaurant early for us because he recently changed the opening time to be 3 hrs later,,,
That was very kind and we truly appreciated him help make our 1st wedding anniversary special,,,
FYI - the food & service was amazing!!! 😋

The food is so amazing. It takes me back to Italy— especially since Chef Alessi is from Italy. Very consistent quality and a great value. Oh. And don't forget the wine.

None of the food was stellar. It was good, but expected much from the location. The service was good though.
I had the ravioli and it was amazing along with the spritz. The service was also great.

Can I give 10 stars?! The chef creates the most AUTHENTIC Italian food with divine flavors (he's from Rome) and the ambience is so cute. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Went to Fiori on Saturday night. I will never return after one of the worst experience I have ever had...
The waiters forgot a peach Bellini. After our whole table received their drinks, I had to re ask for the drink. The drink was then brought warm and not fresh... it seemed like they had the drink just set aside.
I then ordered a carbonara. A traditional Italian dish and simple to make. After our entire table received the food, again they forgot my order. The waiter did not ask if everything was okay or even notice that I was missing my dish. After I stood up and told the waiter please do not bring me anything. The pasta was then brought out. It looked as if it was sat out and glued together... The pasta tasted store bought.
The most embarrassing part was the Chef staring at us across the room... He did not come and apologize nor the owners or managers. I have been a part of the Houston community and owners and chefs usually apologize and come ask for how they could improve. Nobody is perfect, but at least the Houston community has manners to admit to when they are wrong. Truly a disgrace...
What blatant disrespect. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Love this place. Authentic and Awesome. Excellent Italian food. Broad menu. Never pretentious, great service, easy vibe. Cozy cool. Always great
Many items on the menu were “not available “ - selection was limited. Food taste delicious. Service was excellent!
Good had great flavor but a bit over seasoned or too dry for a carbonara. Bar service left soooo much to be desired. Not only did they mess up a French 75 and a margarita, but it took over 35 minutes for 4 cocktails.
