The food is amazing. The side dishes are great. They only have canned sodas. You can get tea/lemonade in a cup. We had to eat at the picnic tables outside because their tables indoors were full. I'm disabled so that was a bit rough. They did say they are hoping to expand.

We were at Whittington and decided to try this place afterwards. OMG. Best brisket I’ve tried. I got the Jumbo Spud and it was 100/10.

This place didn't get any love from Michelin recently but can only be because they didn't visit. Just as good food as Corkscrew with it's One Star in my opinion, not as rustic/"Texas" as some others but for food at the top.

Great meat! And sides! Sauce itself was not bad but the meat didn't need it! The sauce was only a flavor enhancer! Family owned and the people were great! Big note: they close about 4:00 everyday because THEY SELL OUT! I'm a brisket guy and it was great! But I've never had better chicken!

I only had the one meat meal with the brisket which was amazingly tender and juicy (I had a mix of moist and lean).

We were stuck in Houston for an unexpectedly long layover, and had a fabulous long lunch at Fire Craft BBQ. The staff (owner and his kids) were so friendly and patient, and explained the different options to us first-timers. The meat was delicious and reasonably priced, and the sides were varied and fun. Definitely recommend!!

Chef Dave and the family are incredible. They make you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. Everything on the menu is unreal - you can’t go wrong. If you want to support local family business and enjoy the best BBQ around, this is the place for you.

Arrived late into Houston, showed up 15 minutes to close and Austin hooked us up! We we're initially disappointed because they were sold out of brisket but Austin whipped up some sausage, pulled pork, knuckle and toppings for us! The pork was fantastic and I'll be back next time I'm in town.

The BBQ is decent. The brisket is tender and very flavorful. I give it a 9 out of 10. The sides were not over the top, meaning not too rich. The dirty rice was epic. The mac and cheese was the weakest thing we tried. It was alright. The sausage was top tier. The red beans were baked beans. Pretty good. The brussel sprouts tasted good without a lot of bacon fat. 9 out of 10. Oh, I almost forgot the chicken! It was a 10. Staff? Extremely friendly. Just a good lunch done right.

The brisket. The brisket. THE BRISKET! You can have it lean or fatty. And a super nice thing about this spot is the staff are all related! So welcoming and you can tell they ate proud of their craft. The pit master told us the restaurant grew from a good truck. This place is legit. Absolutely delicious food.
