Absolutely honored to come by here for lunch again for the second time. #1 BBQ in America. The owner makes rounds throughout tables to make sure everyone is properly taken care of. There was a small element missing from my salad that he noticed and without my asking he immediately retrieved it to make it right and the flavor changed the game completely. I would give 10 stars for flavor and 10 stars for service. They need more recognition. Wow!

This is some of the best barbecue I have had and we have tried a lot of places around Houston. They don’t cut corners on serving quality meat and the brisket I had was delicious. I always try the turkey at a barbecue place and theirs is the best. They also have a large selection of sides. I had the roasted cauliflower and squash casserole and both were delicious. They just started serving on Friday and Saturday nights so definitely go check them out!

Best BBQ around. They have BBQ sauce but it's almost an insult to the meat to use any. Tried brisket, turkey & ribs and all were smokey, tender and just right. While eating, about 4 different staff came to make sure all was good.

I was looking for some barbecue in the Humble area so I found this hidden gem on Google and glad I did the food delicious ,ribs are fall off the bone full of flavor, the brisket is tender n juicy. All the staff were friendly. It had a home type atmosphere. I will be comming back

This place is new in Kingwood. Very good selections. Tried the brisket, ribs, chicken and pulled pork....all excellent. Wonderful service and on Friday's they have Prime Rib apparently....we'll be back.

Visiting from out of state and need some real Texas bbq. Oh man was this place good. Great staff and a comfortable place to eat. Got the 1 meat combo with brisket, Mac n cheese and potato salad.

I just LOVE Fire Craft BBQ!!!! Everything is always so fresh and tastes so good. These brisket quesadillas are top notch and definitely a must try. The service is always so friendly and fast. Chef Dave is always whipping up something special so always fun to see what’s on special. Chef Chris is always so friendly and help so if unsure ask for a sample. This is my favorite BBQ spot in kingwood and definitely competes with all the top locations in Texas!!!!

My husband and I just wanted to try this place and we are so glad that we did. Everything we tasted was delicious. Be warned though, they cook everything fresh so once it is gone it’s gone. They were sold out of ribs so I’m sure they are as good as the brisket and chicken we tasted. 10/10 we definitely recommend this eatery!!!!!!!

My wife and I found, what for us is, a hidden gem! Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and sausage all was amazing! Haven't had dirty rice like this ever, amazing! The potatoes, take my money now, amazing! Bonding balls made with brisket? AMAZING!! Our first time here and it did not disappoint. We will be back... always!
