2/12/2023 my husband paid for extra crispy and got soft wings. When he went back for them to remake the order or give a refund he was told that it was his fault because the order sat for 10mins before he picked it up. Ridiculous!!! The wings are overpriced and the customer service is absolutely awful!!! They won't be getting no more of our money.

I was very disappointed on my service tonight, i really love fire wings. But I’m wings were not fried hard like I asked and my fries were cold, I feel like my food was rush due too them about to close at 10 but it is currently 9:37 I got here about 9:25 very disappointing .

When I first walked in, the place smelled like a dirty public restroom, -1 star. The place is understaffed and I think both people were training? -1 star directly to the owners, that's not fair. Bless their hearts they were struggling.That being said, I found the crunchiness of the wings absolutely wonderful and I can see why they dont want to drown the wings in sauce so they can preserve the crunch. But I do wish they could make the sauces a bit bolder if they aren't going to drench them. The wings lacked salt and flavor which was a bummer because they were really quite fresh and crunchy. I really liked the garlic noodles as well, however it made me wish the wings *were* drenched in sauce so I could mix my noodles into the leftovers.I am not taking any stars away from the actual food because I would definitely come back. If they can fix the smell this place will succeed.Edit in response to owner: I don't think cleanliness is the issue. The place looked clean and well-kept. I think there is a problem with your pipes, septic, or something else. The smell actually lessened the closer to the bathrooms I walked, and the bathrooms smelled cleaner than the sitting area. I'd check the other stores nearby and see if it's a building problem. The employees were stressed but nice, this isn't something they can fix. Something is up with the building. Wanted to love this place and definitely made allowances in my rating for the limited menu due to soft opening, but the problem was the quality of the chicken. It tasted microwaved. And even with the limited menu, the fried were still tepid…not cold but not hot and fresh tasting, just insipidly, tepid in temperature and flavor. The sauces lacked good flavor. We like heat but we want our heat to have flavor with it. All in all, just meh.

I went here to eat with a coworker. It was my first time. We ordered two combos. He got the fire wings and regular fries. I got Buffalo wings and fire fries. The food came out probably 10 minutes later. His arrived a few minutes before mine. The food was great! They were cooked to perfection. The fire fries I couldn't finish though since they were so hot and my nose kept running! They tasted amazing though! The restaurant was clean and I liked the ambience of the place!

Very good wings at this eatery! I split the wings between the fire sauce and lemon pepper with the fire fries. Very very good!

This is my new go to for wings! They’re always fresh and have a large variety of flavors to choose from. They are definitely way better than Wing Stop and honestly feel as though Fire Wings is underrated. Definitely will be back!

Me and my Husband are from California and boy we where excited to have fire wings here in houston, but we where disappointed the wings where not seasoned enough bar was the fries. Coming from California we literally ate at fire wings weekly but it just wasn’t the same. Overall the staff was nice out food was hot and the restaurant was clean. (Kinda smelled like perm) but it was clean.

Fire Wings is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is usually very good especially the lemon pepper wings and cheese fries. However the restaurant has been very hot with no air conditioning. The employees are usually very flushed and sweaty yet each time I’ve been there nothing has changed. I truly hope the management staff can get sufficient air conditioning in the build. It is extremely hot in these summer temperatures and go work in those conditioning are not safe.

I have visit this restaurant on more than one occasion and the food is very enjoying the customer service is excellent but it is always extremely hot in the building and the employees are sweating from the heat there’s usually a few fans running but no air-conditioning. While I love the food I have not been back for several weeks now because the conditioning that the employees are working in it’s very ridiculous and extremely unhealthy considering this heat is causing heat strokes daily. My heart goes out to all of those needing to be gainfully employed by this company. I cannot imagine working for owners that has no concern or consideration for their staff..

The GO-TO place for the best wings in the Houston area. Extremely flavorful with a wide variety of flavors, (both wet and dry), and a good spectrum of spice. The wings at many places either turn out gummy or overcooked but these are a cooked perfectly every time.Highly recommend the Salt & Pepper, Cali Rub and Peanut Butter. The garlic noodles are definitely worth the extra cost if you like garlic.The staff at this location are awesome and their friendliness is appreciated.
