I had a very unpleasant experience at Firehouse Subs due to the customer service from Irman, who I believe is the manager. He was rude while taking our order, not helpful at all, and repeatedly talked over me when I was trying to explain what I wanted. It felt rushed, dismissive, and very disrespectful.
If this is how management treats customers, it’s extremely disappointing. Managers should set the example for good customer service, not make guests feel uncomfortable or ignored. This experience has definitely made me think twice about returning to this location.

I was there today for lunch, 10/7/25, and the lady behind the register should not be interacting with the public. What a Debbie Downer attitude and horrible interaction with the public. Secondly, they might want to wipe down and clean the tables occasionally.

Pulled up at 8:56pm and the worker practically ran to lock the door before we could even close our car doors. Needless to say, we didn't get any subs. Won't be back

Had to wait about 10 minutes, for food to prepared, noticed the table where I was sitting at was sticky, and wondered if they ever cleaned/washed the tabletops
