Visited this establishment today and the experience was just okay. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. While placing my order, I asked a simple question about whether I should grab my own cup or chips, and the gentleman taking my order responded with, “Get whatever you want,” in a noticeably rude tone.

I waited about 10 minutes for my food, which was totally fine, but when I said “Have a good day,” there was no response.

As for the food itself—it's alright. Nothing amazing or memorable, but not terrible either. Overall, it was an underwhelming visit and the customer service definitely needs improvement

I had a Doordash pick up here at this store came in gave the customer name like always verified items and the guy snatched the food out my hand and said confirm which i did the app takes a second to confirm the order i originally showed the customers name when i asked for the order so im not sure what his deal was but obviously he’s having a bad day doordash customer is very upset and said she will never order from them again neither will I

I placed a MOBILE ORDER on my birthday at this location because firehouse subs gives a free sub.. i went to pick it up and the lady refused to give me my order without my identification because she said i had to prove that it was my birthday or i couldnt get it at all... and when i asked if that was really necessary she said if i didnt she would throw it away in the trash! i had to go back to my vehicle to retrive my ID, but????? What ive never had anyone made me prove to them that i deserve a free sub when its Free. She was acting like it was coming out of her paycheck. Seriously who does she think she is? Watch out for the free sub patrol 💀

I had placed a pickup order and received my food, but noticed the chips were missing. I went back inside and spoke with the woman in the photo. She told me she had already mentioned grabbing the chips earlier—I explained that I thought she was referring to the drinks, and apologized for the misunderstanding. It wasn’t a big deal; I got the chips and went to eat in my car since my daughter and I were planning to go running afterward.

While eating, my daughter said she was still hungry, so I placed a second order for another sandwich. Once we finished eating, we went back inside to pick up the sandwich. I smiled at the two employees and let them know I had placed another order. The woman in the photo looked at her coworker and gave her a sarcastic smile, as if my presence was an inconvenience.

This behavior was completely uncalled for. It was rude and unprofessional, and honestly, someone with that attitude has no business working in customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, and that certainly didn’t happen here.

20 minutes for them to take our order and 20 minutes to get the sub 👎
