Every time I come to grab lunch at this particular location it’s always a welcomed atmosphere and really nice the quality of food is amazing and the manager at the store is really great he’s very professional and a people’s person as well as the employees and the food is cooked really well with no long wait times not to mention it’s very clean.

French dip (Large) Sometimes you might not think it's worth the wait. But it is worth the waiting time. Super slow service, but definitely worth the wait. A "well made" French dip sandwich. Arby's is still second best. Let's eat...

Pre-ordered online and still had to wait 50 mins for a couple of sandwhiches to be made! Only 2 people were there, and they're slow as hell! Won't ever return to this location! Train your staff appropriately, sandwhiches tasted horrible! DON'T waste your money or time at this location. It isn't worth it!

This was my first time visiting a firehouse sub in general. My husband and I both got the hook and ladder. While service was pretty fast which I expected because it was a ghost town in there. The food was extremely bland. Not only that I’m pretty sure we got food poisoning. We both will not be returning.

I’m a veteran of the United States Navy and the employee that was working for Veterans Day told me I was not allowed the veterans Day free meal because other people took advantage of it and said that corporate didn’t have a way to validate if somebody had gotten it already. This is horrible and I hope this gets taken care of immediately especially since I drove 20 minutes to get here.
