Visited this establishment today and the experience was just okay. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. While placing my order, I asked a simple question about whether I should grab my own cup or chips, and the gentleman taking my order responded with, “Get whatever you want,” in a noticeably rude tone.

I waited about 10 minutes for my food, which was totally fine, but when I said “Have a good day,” there was no response.

I had placed a pickup order and received my food, but noticed the chips were missing. I went back inside and spoke with the woman in the photo. She told me she had already mentioned grabbing the chips earlier—I explained that I thought she was referring to the drinks, and apologized for the misunderstanding. It wasn’t a big deal; I got the chips and went to eat in my car since my daughter and I were planning to go running afterward.

Every time I come to grab lunch at this particular location it’s always a welcomed atmosphere and really nice the quality of food is amazing and the manager at the store is really great he’s very professional and a people’s person as well as the employees and the food is cooked really well with no long wait times not to mention it’s very clean.
