Used to love coming to this location for the friendly service and quality food. However, this time the lady behind the counter looked like I offended her just by walking in. While she was taking my order, she kept sighing and making remarks after each item. Food tasted good but service was disappointing.

Had to stop eating here. Firehouse changed the online ordering process and does not allow guest check out online. What a dumb business decision. Why make it harder for customers to place pick up orders?

Ordered the hook and ladder combo, and this clown puts one piece of turkey meat folded in half, and one piece of ham folded in half on my sub, that's what I got for $13.00 at the Ashford firehouse subs, 6 pm, 11/16/24,

I'm an army veteran who came in on veterans day for the special. The company was promoting a deal, however when I came to claim it, the lady working was EXTREMELY rude and gave an incoherent answer as to why they wouldn't honor the deal clearly posted on the company website. Her coworker was also silent when clearly he could see she was in the wrong. "Sorry man, she's my manager" was his response. I loved firehouse, but this was beyond unacceptable and I hope yall find a way to make it right. I truly hope you only treated me this badly and not all the other veterans. It's going to be a long time before I come back

We stopped here for lunch as Firehouse is always a favorite. The service was HORRIFIC. 11:30 am 10/23/24. Guy taking order was sitting in a chair at the counter. It was busy and loud. He was not only slow and completely rude, he was staring into space, mumbling and too quiet to hear at all. He messed up our order and honestly looked drugged and was wearing sloppy running shorts. If you can't speak to people or be capable, you should not be front facing. Then he grabbed a napkin, blew and wiped his nose, and walked over to get a drink from the drink machine. Then sat back down to take orders touching the counter, cash register and drink cups. Then walked back to the food prep area. GROSS. So unacceptable. WASH YOUR HANDS!
Order took WAY TOO LONG at 23 min. Even busy, over 20 min is unacceptable. . They "forgot" one of our 4 sandwiches entirely. They were warm but not toasted at all.
This was a terrible experience.

Be careful here! The manager sabotaged my food.
I asked for a replacement after they got my order wrong initially and the manager made a very clearly sabotaged sandwich. He hid a massive glob of mayonnaise and a bunch of jalapenos in my meatball sub

The store replied to my review so I'll respond with more details. I didn't think to get the managers name but he was a tall male with short hair and several tattoos. He was very nice when I asked for him to fix my order and the meatball sub looked completely normal on the outside. So I didn't discover the mayonnaise and the jalapenos until I got home and started eating. I have to assume it wasn't on accident since neither of those ingredients belong in a meatball sub but I guess I don't know that for sure.

Don't order using any online app, they just wait until you come in to make it. Big joke.
The worst customer service Ednah took our order and got the order wrong for my fiancé . She might have been distracted while taking the order since someone talked to her.
When received, I mentioned the order was wrong and she did not want to correct it, instead argued that my fiancé asked for a hero when it was his first time and specifically asked for a steak and cheese.
She insisted she was correct and since I told her "please do your job and replace it " and she said "no , now I'm not doing it because of you attitude at me " . Until my fiancé humiliated himself and asked her like begging her to make the correct one . It was very unprofessional since she said she is the manager . We threw it away and dine elsewhere.

Was only three customers the whole time we were there but the employee were very kind and accommodating for us and our child
Parking: In a strip mall first shop on the right as soon as you pull in which was nice cause we had a trailer
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs the chairs weren't real clean but nothing a baby wipe couldn't handle
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheel chair ramp was there but marked out to be cut out and fixed old and falling apart

I bought my lunch spend 30 on meal .I had 2 combo and one just sandwich .I wanted but small cup she told me I can’t because Is only for kids combo.so you telling me I can’t buy another small drink by itself .she didn’t sold me nothing my husband I share drink because crazy employeeThis how treat customer eats here every week .I miss old employer guy don’t work here .know girl won’t sell you extra drink cup
