I had tried different locations of firehouse subs, but this place is my favorite one!!!! I really don’t know what it’s but their subs taste better here.

$17 for a sandwich. Not a combo, just the sandwich.
Too expensive.

I’m not sure if this is a daily occurrence, but I came on a Sunday 09/21/25. I didn’t get the name of the workers but why are kids running around the restaurant behind the counter and into the back where prepping the ingredients take place. One of the customers had on no uniform more like workout clothes. If she got sweaty I wouldn’t be surprised if some armpit sweat gets on the work stations. I couldn’t expect this from a very small mom and pop shop let alone an actual established business. I haven’t even ate my food because of how appalled I am of how this location is ran. I am spent $21 dollars on a large Sandwich and the workers can’t even have proper sanitation and safety? Once again I can’t EVER recall once where a workers kids were running around on their phones behind the counter while someone is prepping my sandwich. It is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.

Came to this place order food at the drive thru. I ate half and the food had not one not two not three but 4 pieces of hair. Then I got in to the store no one has hair nets. Spoke with Lucero to ask for corporate number and she stated google it so rude like if I was the problem. Clearly I was up set because some one else’s hair was in my mouth. Wish I could post the video on how rude they were. Not fair to me I did nothing wrong, I had hair in my mouth that is discussing. Photo with no hair net or hat smh.

Awww man I really hate to write this review, debating back and forth with myself for the past two days on staying quiet. Only, because I really like this location and never ran into a problem with service or food. But😞 this time didn’t go so well, well… Me and my partner came in two days ago and ordered two sandwich meals..customer service was good no problem there… Thank you!!!… Get our food and decided to dine in the car and we are eating, I look over to my partner sandwich I noticed a small curly hair. We said “ awwww man” brushed it off and continued to eat… I mean what’s a small hair compared to someone in the world having to eat a lot worse!.. So as my partner is eating he noticed another hair at the bottom of the sandwich…. Yeah, at this point there is a problem with the staff not being properly dressed or covered which is a huge issue and should be a main concern when working with food at any establishment. Now my partner not being a person who likes bringing their food back, we threw the rest to the birds, they definitely enjoyed it…. Hopefully this post/review brings awareness to the staff and management, to take extra steps to ensure proper hygiene food protocols for the best customer experience at this location.

I have ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches but I received pepperoni and ham, i don’t eat ham or pepperoni at all because I’m allergic and I have called in and they told me we can’t refund or sent new chicken subs. I don’t recommend this place at all

The person taking my order over the drive thru could barely speak English. Makes the ordering process much harder than it needs to be. Also they made my sandwich wrong, even after reading it back to me the way it was supposed to be. Their sandwiches are not cheap 13.99+ for a larger and then u get home and it's made wrong. Very disappointed.
