I was heading home and hungry. I had never been to a Firehouse Subs. I ordered a tuna subway. It was pretty big and I only ate half. They have a drive-thru and I didn't know it at the time I went in. The sandwich is served in a compostable box and paper bag. It comes with a pickle slice. It was pretty good but I prefer the subway from a competitor.

Can I just say that I don't like not giving a full 5 star review. These days people are making it near impossible to get all 5 stars. It's mediocre. Food was good but everything else needs improvement.

This place was completely disgusting when you walk in! Couldn't sit at the tables outside they where covered with bird poop! Walk inside trash, and food all over the floor! With 3 worker standing behind the counter! For my first experience in a firehouse I walked out the door disgusted! Told them this store was nasty and they need to clean it up! I Lost my appetite!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Firehouse Subs located at 7505 Southwest Freeway, Ste 300, Houston, TX 77074. I visited the establishment to redeem my hard-earned reward points for a free sub, only to be informed by an employee that I had to make a purchase in order to use my rewards. Nowhere on the app did it mention this requirement, and when I asked the employee to provide the policy in black and white, they failed to do so.This kind of misleading behavior is unacceptable, especially considering the substantial amount of money I have spent to accumulate these reward points. It is both frustrating and unfair to force customers into making additional purchases just to use their earned rewards.To make matters worse, the quality of the sub I received was abysmal. It contained only a few pieces of chicken drowned in a sea of vegetables, lacking the appropriate amount of meat. This negligence in food preparation is simply ridiculous. It seems that because I was using points instead of money, the staff deemed it acceptable to skimp on the essential ingredients.I am deeply dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of the food I received at Firehouse Subs. As such, I am compelled to leave this one-star review to warn others of the disappointing experience I encountered.

I get it that we have Inflation, but the attached image of the small Turkey Bacon Ranch from Firehouse Subs was Absolutely Ridiculous!! The picture Does Not provide the true scale and small size of this sandwich! It's literally no longer than my middle finger @ 4 inches long. I had no idea that a small sandwich was literally that small! It should be titled, 'Our Mini Bite' or 'Slider.' And to slap you in the face, it was $7.25! I can't imagine how much the combo would have cost. To make matters worse, the lady forgot to add the bacon! As stated, I understand inflation, but Firehouse Subs is Fleecing America with that sandwich option. It's totally unjustified and obnoxious, ????

Refused to honor the BOGO for first responders week. Cashier was rude and stated they only do the 10% for first responders. Clearly wasnt told about their own promo. Had to go to the meyerland location who honored it immediately. Disappointed.

I ordered a small sub for the 1st time and it was such a rip off! It's literally like 2 to 3 inches for a whole $8!!!!!! I thought it would of at least been a little smaller than the med! So mad! The cashier could take the opportunity to upsell and say hey are you sure for 2 bucks you can just get a med!!!

Manager there is horrible you can’t even understand her. I placed an order online and I said Can I please have a chicken salad she said they stop ordering that 8 years ago ? I said on your menu it says chicken salad and she said yes we have a grilled chicken salad ??‍♀️ District manager please put qualified staff to run your business.

The food was decent but they lack so much in customer service. That’s a bummer. It goes to the the point where even if the food is good the people there ruin it. Definitely need to step that up. It was my first time going and I definitely don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

The manager Kathy is very rude and lacks customer service skills to address a customer issue with their order. Order a salad online and requested jalapeños to be added to the salad. Instead of rectifying the mistake of not adding the jalapeños she tried to argue that salads don't usually come with jalapeños so that's why they were not on the salad. If the staff paid attention and read the online order placed correctly, they would have seen the modifications. Also, she stated she did not care that cooperate was called on her and hung up the phone. The staff at this location needs to be retrained because tried to give them another shot but they can never get customer orders correct.

Worst experience ever! Manager lucero was rude and when I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager! She doesn’t speak any English barely and is very rude.
