Wonderful little shop in the neighborhood! Today was my first time in and I will delightfully come back. The owner is very kind! I got one of the energy drinks and two of her protein banana donuts - plain. I wanted to try the donut without toppings (the first one I ate) and it was so good I decided to take the other one home and put my own flair on it! The one at home I air fryer for two minutes and then slathered some all natural peanut butter on top plus fresh sliced strawberries....
Very nice owner/operstor. Genuinely cares about customers, nutrition and their healthy eating goals. She’ll customize the item to fit your needs.

If you are in a strictly diet and you’re a sweet tooth person then Fit n Joy is for you!!! I love this place everything that I’ve tried is delicious. The waffles and donuts are amazing!!!
