I ordered a bacon cheeseburger in store today and left as soon as I got the order. What I got was a burger with no bacon and a hair in the cheese. This is so disappointing, I wanted to enjoy the meal but just couldn’t anymore.
My First Five Guys Experience!
I visited Five Guys for the first time last week, and I'll definitely be back! The food was delicious. My burger was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor, and the fries were a highlight. You get a huge amount, even when you order the small size. I also liked that the junior burger was a good, manageable size.

I stopped by Five Guys and ordered a milkshake, but I was short a little on the total. The guy at the counter was super understanding and just said it was fine — no attitude, just genuine kindness. You don’t see that a lot these days. It made my day and honestly reminded me why I love coming here. Thanks again for being such a good person and treating people with respect.
