I recently tried Five Guys and was a bit disappointed. While the food was decent, it felt way too expensive for what I got. I ordered a hot dog by itself with just ketchup, and it came out to $7, which just didn’t seem worth it for such a basic meal. The quality was fine, but for that price, I expected something more substantial. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but I don’t think I’ll be rushing back considering the cost.

I used to love five guys but it's so expensive now and my burger didn't have any seasoning I kept having to add stuff so it had some flavor, $40+ for 2 burgers 2 drinks and one fry, then everybody working there always looks like they're having the worst day ever/don't wanna be there 😔

Unseasoned meat on a soggy bun with “fresh” ingredients. Sure it’s healthier than Mc Donald’s but it’s five times as expensive. If I pay $14 for a burger alone, that better be a good burger.
Yall stop going here so they shut there doors and we can get a new, better burger place.

Food and quality of food is great but the restaurant itself has strong, weird mildew/musty smell inside. It makes it hard to sit down and enjoy your food. Probably one of the main reasons why the dining area stays noitceably empty, almost everyone takes their food to go. Please fix.

Bleh. The music was blaring to make conversation difficult. My hamburger was not tasty at all and the bun soggy. The fries were not spectacular for the price paid... McDonalds has better fries. I was expecting much better taste and quality for the 5 Guys Name. The employees were polite but somber.

Can’t say that the service was bad and the burger itself was half decent, but can’t in good conscience leave a positive review because a small burger (their small version, not just me saying that) with fries and a drink was 20$. And they ask for a tip. Those are prices I might pay at a nicer restaurant where I’m being waited on, but in a fast food joint (where the burger itself wasn’t even amazing) just seems like robbery. I think it comes to the fact that they don’t offer combos, everything is a la carte, and it’s not cheap. Burger was 9$ and fries were 7$, add in the drink at 3$ and tax and I guess that’s how you end up with the high price tag. Just seems like you could easily go to another fast food place and get as good if not better food for like 8$ less
