Never been always wanted to try it, didn't know Houston had them, so when I saw it I had to stop. Very friendly people, great atmosphere, and the food was AMAZING as well as their shakes! Highly recommend stopping by!

The reason for my review is due to their online orders. This is the second time I got through this with them. The delivery guy picks up on time, it’s marked delivered on time, and then 30 minutes later from the drop off time I get my order. My address is not complicated pretty strait forward. My food goes to the straight trash, soggy burger, breaking apart, and my fries are cold by that time. I tried calling five guys cause I ordered through them, but they told me it’s their website and it’s through their third party, UBER. Well they have phone numbers, but no customer service. If you call it, Uber wants you to get an app and report it through them. I would think twice before ordering online. Their service is great onsite, but it’s twice my meals go straight to the trash with online orders. They told me they did report it to Uber, because it was marked delivered and my food was missing until 30 minutes later the guy showed up. Other then that no one is compensating you.

My 1st time coming here on the advice of my friend and I am so glad I came to 5 guys. Burgers are good but smaller than I thought . Service was great and servers were very polite. The atmosphere was good not too crowded so we got served quickly. The venue is very clean with all of their yearly awards on all the walls, so if you need a quick bite to eat or u are craving a good burger or hotdog I definitely recommend this 5 Guys location.
Parking: A small parking lot,so available spots fill up quickly.
Kid-friendliness: Great menu even for the kids

We had not visited this eatery before this day. Well, I had to order all my items separately. The burger itself was over 12.00, okay. I just wanted a quick meal and we were on that side of town it seemed to be a convenient spot, but a 12.00 quick meal. I'll have to rethink a return visit. The burger was tasty, but the fries could have been a little warmer. We had to dine in because there wasn't a drive thru. An employee found it urgent to sweep the floor while we were eating, 😔, dust particles,🤔🤢😳

Five Guys makes all the food when it’s ordered. No premade burgers or fries under heat lamps. Everything made fresh to order. Great burgers and the Cajun fries are to die for. They are the best. They also give you complimentary shelled peanuts to eat as you wait and to take to go. Quality beef and fries made from fresh potatoes. Wonderful and friendly staff.
