On November 1, 2025, I was at this Five Guys Shepherd around 7:00 pm and I was delighted with my meal. I ordered my food without bread, and they recommended a lettuce wrap. I appreciate the recommendation because it was very good; the meat was juicy and hot, and the vegetables were fresh. I will definitely order again. The service was efficient and fast, even though there were a lot of orders. The three guys and one girl were focused on providing good service. The restaurant was clean and busy.

I felt welcomed when I first arrived to the location off shepherd. I drive by every day and never noticed it tucked away off 30th and shepherd.
The food smelled delicious when I received it and tasted even better!
The ambiance was pretty chill. Their music selection had me jamming as I waited for my order.

Food is great however their customer service sucks. They’re always incredibly rude to me everytime I go in there. And the guy at pickup made me wait so long to get my food, that it’s cold. I got there when it was still cooking and I’m very salty about it. I’m going to start going to smash burger instead. They need to learn how to talk to customers.

Best DIY hamburger fast food restaurant. The quality of ingredients is extraordinary. It’s pricy compared to other fast food restaurants and 100% worth it. Very clean place and super friendly staff
If you are a single female and in trouble don’t go here! I needed help due to an accident right in front of their store. All I asked was to use a phone.
