I witnesed someone not wash there hands and then proceed to use a spatula to scrub the floor and then use same spatula to serve my pizza this was beyond 🤢

they do not believe that soap disinfects. this is coming from a previous employee as of a week ago i repeat do not eat at this establishment. the same tools used to serve your pizza are also used to scrape the floors!
This is the most mid pizza I've ever tried in my life.. almost 18 dollars for a medium margherita.. some tomatos bread and cheese. Plus everytime I go there staff is arguing or just has negative ass energy. The owners a dick too and cussed me out for absolutely no reason

Ordered the pizza at 9:45 PM. Flakey’s was not busy at all and the pizza was supposed to be delivered at 10:38. When we looked to check on the order it had changed and said that it was expected to be delivered the next day. So, we called the store and they said that something had happened with our order and asked if we still wanted it. All of our group had been up for hours since we had all traveled from different states and this is our first time in Houston. After the 20 minutes passed that they told us to wait, we called again. I was explaining the situation to the lady on the phone and she rudely cut me off and said that the delivery driver would be arriving shortly and then hung up.
For this to be our first time ordering I find this extremely unprofessional. The food came dry, distasteful, burnt, and some pieces even had holes. We couldn’t finish the disaster of food that Flakey’s provided us with and would like some sort of compensation for this event. We’re asking for our money back since we genuinely could not even attempt to eat the food.
