Went two times and they had me waiting half an hour just to get disappointed with the food. I had a lemonade and a cup of ice cream and the lemonade tasted bitter and the ice cream tasted weird and left an after taste I couldn't wash away with water. The second time I had a ice cream again but this time they had me waiting around 45-50 minutes and the ice cream was good but im definitely not coming back just to get overprice snacks and wait 40 minutes.

First of all, I’ve been to this place about 1 million times every time it’s pretty decent however, the customer service always sucks today. I went very looking forward to my snow cone and they gave it to me. I ordered a cherry flamingo. It was all overflowing, and I asked them to switch it out because I wasn’t fond of the flavor which most places would just do no problem! She Proceeded to explain that she was not allowed to replace that one which was just completely absurd! She did not even offer to give me my money back! Tampico would’ve never done such a thing..

My coworkers and I went there to eat lunch last week and the food was terrible. The food was still cold while on the streamer, which must’ve been food from yesterday. The only thing that was ok was the Hibachi grill. I will not go back there. Told the cashier about the cold food, he told me I should have gotten the food from the bottom of the pan, huh?

The staff here is horrible. You have one taking orders and the others don't even know what ordered what. We got our order wrong and when we told them about it they decided to get an attitude. Like girl....how's it my fault y'all got it wrong? I'm just letting you know I didn't get the correct items I paid for.
