the chicken meat so white, juicy & tender & the cajun fries were good asf too
my only gripe about this place tho is they charge you about $1.25 or $1.74 for a very small cup of extra sauce, which is absolutely ridiculous & honestly robbery. so i’m taking off a star for that & bc they slick stingy with the sauce they put on the wings

Food: OMG! The wings served here are some of the best wings I’ve ever had! I ordered the 10 piece bone in (hottie lemon pepper & oooowee sweet & sticky). They were all fried, seasoned and sauced to literal perfection! Food was served made to order and very fresh! Food exceeded my expectations! I definitely will be back again & again!

We drove all the way across Houston before our flight to eat Flava wings. They claimed to be open at 11. No one was there, open sign was off. At least have the decency to be open when you say you are.

Horrible customer service!! The employees always leave off and item purchased. Be sure to double check your order prior to leaving. You will be very disappointed if you don’t. The staff is a revolving door always new faces unsupervised. There is NEVER a manager to address of your issues at hand. The younger staff dont care just there to get a check. On the other hand, The food is great.

I ordered a 15 piece wings today and came home to find out every piece was a drum! No FLATS! Not even 1. We did not place an order for all drums. I called up there and was told they were running out of chicken so they just gave me what they had. I asked for a partial refund and all of a sudden they offered me to come back to the store to pickup 7-8 flats. I then asked to speak to a manager and one was not available. My last time going to this place.
