First time visiting and wasn’t expecting much. I was extremely impressed with the flavors and size of their wings. I had the Bangin’ Bourbon Black Pepper Wings, Zesty Lemon Pepper wings, CAJUN CORN and the White Cheddar Mac. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend! I can’t wait to try the other flavors.

First time ever trying this place. Coming in was a good impression however when ordering it is almost impossible to not ask each other to repeat ourselves becos the music is so loud , I’m surprised the workers haven’t resorted to ear plugs. Ordering is almost like playing 21 questions. Purchasing at all is very strict , even had to show my ID for just for 6 pc combo. The wait time is way too long , thinking they probably don’t have enough fryers. Food had good presentation but wings tasted above average salty. Cashier was very patient. Sadly this is isn’t the place for me.

This restaurant’s food is amazing however, I will not return due to poor customer service I received from Donovan. I simply asked a question about which flavor of wings are the most popular and he replied all of them are. I also attempted to ask what was his most preferred flavor but he literally cut me off and stated it depends on what flavor you are looking for. It is imperative for this company to send Donovan to be retrained on customer service skills. You will continue to lose customers if Donovan continues to be in direct contact with patrons.

I entered the store to a man (going to assume he's the owner) coming out the back greeting me in the kindest way I've had for a while now from any restaurant. I told him I was there for a pick up and he kindly told me it would take just a bit longer. I felt like I sat down for a minute and he called me up to get my food, like it was that fast. I ordered the Sweet & Sticky and Garlic Parm (wet) which came with fries. When I tell you the CRUNCH and CRISP I experienced as soon as I chomped on a wing, BAYBEHH!!! It was phenomenal! The sweet & sticky were perfection and the garlic parm was a bit on the saltier side. I have a love/hate relationship with gatekeeping because I want all the delicious food to myself, but this place definitely needs to go in the spotlight and get the hype they deserve. I highly recommend getting your fresh, hot, and crispy wings from Flava Wings. The experience was AMAZING from start to end and I most definitely will be returning!

Awful wings, no flavor. Chicken was overcooked, fries were soggy. Very little seasoning on everything. Terrible all around. Weird restaurant with a long list of rules. Do not recommend.

Great experience overall! The front desk worker was nice and welcoming, and the place was really clean. The small details were kind of left out, including missing ranch, over seasoned fries or not saucing my wings as much as I would like to have them. But I would definitely be back.

I stopped by for some food at this location on 6/7/2024 ( my first time there), I received great service from the young lady at the register who was patient with me since I was not sure which flavors to pick. Order took reasonable time. The bathroom was super clean and that’s always appreciated. The appearance of the establishment in general is delightful and also very well kept. I would return to try other flavors and items from the menu, but I was not a fan of the fries.

I ordered a 10pc wing. They only gave me 3 flats, saying that had a shortage of flats. I was NOT made aware of this issue. I should have received 5 flats and 5 drums. This is unacceptable, and when I called I was only issued an apology for my inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to be an upcharge for all flats. Plus I wanted an even amount of BOTH. They basically gave me an All Drum order, and trying to reserve the flats for All Flat orders. If I was made aware I was only getting 3 Flats. I would NOT have ordered from here AT ALL.
Dipping sauce did not come with the order. I had to order Blue Cheese and Ranch. I’ve never known for a place NOT to have a dipping sauce when you order wings.
In addition, I had no idea the wings would be breaded. Sauced wings should never been breaded, NAKED ONLY. And the wings are a little too big for my liking.
All in All I won’t be back.
