Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

This place is simply brilliant. It was my first time here with a party of 4. Occasion was parent’s birthday. The restaurant actually gave me a call to learn more about the occasion. When we arrived there they had the table set up with a handwritten card and confetti. Food was perfection. They were very observant. They knew we didn’t drink so they surprised us with bday dessert and toast. How thoughtful. Will visit again for all our birthdays. This restaurant management is brilliant, I would say.

Amazing food. The steak is cooked to perfection. I’ve never had one where I can say it melts in your mouth…until now! But what really takes the place over the top is the staff. This is some of the best people I’ve ever come across in a restaurant. So kind, personable, joyous, manner-able just everything! Thank you so much Fleming’s for your top tier service! I look forward to visiting again!

Fleming is our favorite restaurant by far. Not only is the food fantastic, but the service is top-notch. The head host, Justin, is the absolute best. I recommend Flemings for special occasions, casual dining, when you don’t feel like cooking, when you want something special, or if you’re in the area just passing by. You won't regret it.

I wanted to take a minute to update my recent review. On behalf of my family and I, we want to thank Jon for taking the time to reach out to us and making sure that we revisited Flemings and had the top tier experience they are good at providing and that we deserved.

Thank you all for making our dinner experience a great one again. I can truly say that this is our favorite steakhouse and will continue to visit for our special occasions and appetites.

I didn't have my girls last Christmas break so wanted to make this year special. One of the fun things we planned was a "fancy meal." So ... I've been to Flemings in AZ a few times and enjoyed it. I took them ice skating prior to our lunch date. When I told them that we would go straight to the restaurant after skating, they were very concerned. They wanted to drive home and change. Unfortunately, this would require us to delay the reservation. We drove home for them to get ready. I called the restaurant and told them we would be a little late because of this which they of course accepted.

When we got to the restaurant, the host responded at check in to my girls ... "you both look sooo good." The girls eyes lit up :)

The waiter was so attentive, noticed I was there to make this special for my girls and so ensured that he addressed them directly. He tailored a menu for them (they apparently are trialing a limited-lunch menu). He made sure the girls got what they wanted.

I would absolutely go back thanks to both the host and the waiter. They made it special.

We had our company Christmas gathering, and the service, food, and ambiance was perfect. The wait staff was very attentive and accommodating.

We were a party of eight, and the evening started off pretty well. We were greeted and seated without any issues, but things went downhill from there. It took over 30 minutes for someone to take our order and another 45 minutes to an hour for the food to actually arrive.

When we ordered champagne, the waiter was about to pour it into wine glasses, so we had to ask for proper champagne flutes. Even then, the flutes they brought were wet and had to be sent back to be dried. We also had to specifically ask for an ice bucket to keep the champagne cold…

My wife’s steak was overcooked and had to be replaced. To their credit, the replacement was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The manager did come by to apologize several times, which we appreciated, but honestly, for a place that charges $60 for a steak and markets itself as fine dining, the service and attention to detail just weren’t up to par.

We had a good time and the straks were great.

Unfortunately, the service was less to be desired. All round of drinks took way too long and our server forgot about our drinks.

The appetizers were not all that great, calamari was order cooked and seared pork belly was not at all seared.

I ordered a strip with scallops, the scallops came a few minutes after my steak and they were cooked perfect but slightly cold. Everyone else had their seafood with their entree, but my was left behind.

Overall it’s just a normal steakhouse.

My company had their Christmas party for the first time at Flemings. It was about 40 guests and the entire staff was very attentive and always looking to help us in any way possible and always with a smile. Thank you Bridgette and Miguel Romero for all of your help in making our event a great success. My company is looking forward to coming back next year!
