These were absolutely the best fries I had in Houston so far! Definitely recommend to try. Very flavorful and crispy.Also the whole food court area in Understory is a great place to hangout and have some food!

Brilliant burgers, fries, and great service. We came in 20 min before close, not a soul in sight, but they happily fired up the grill for us. I really enjoyed the size of my burger, massive portabello and patty.

I got the Amboy burger and hand cut fries. The burger had interesting soft white bun (slightlyyyy sweet)- while it was unique and decent, I prefer a more toasted (?) bun. The patty was quite thick so while the burger looked deceptively small, it was quite big and justified the price. I didn't love the patty consistency but the burger overall tasted good, although nothing inherently unique or Filipino. The fries were pretty underwhelming- next time I would try their loaded fries.
Seriously undervalued. Similar burgers are easily more expensive and still not as tasty. The vampire fries are incredible!

Got this before visiting the symphony, very fun getting the variety platter and trying everything, definitely need 2+ people but if you have a group definitely give it a go!I absolutely want to come back and try the burger it looked and smelled really good.
