Food was okay. Everything was kind of bland and needed salt. NOTHING was spicy at all, which is disappointing for Mexican food. Desserts were pretty good - we tried 4 - except the Tres leches which was awful.

A most pleasant lunch experience after an hours brisk walk along the bayou. Food was fresh, tasty and well presented. The venue is open and light with white table cloths. My wife, a self declared expert on the matter, claimed this was the best tacos al pastor, ever! My tortilla soup was exquisite! We were well looked after by our server, Alex. Recommend!

It was one of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. We visited to celebrate my wife's birthday and she was very pleased. The meal was excellent, smoked oysters appetizer to the finale of Tres leches cake. The bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful , especially bartender Chris. He was very knowledgeable about the tequila selection and made great drinks. To be honest , we spent over three hours at the restaurants because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Hats off to the entire staff and management.

Great evening! Our waiter Lindy was fantastic...great suggestions on food and we never felt rushed. What a beautiful restaurant to spend an evening. The food was on point and the cocktails were fantastic. This was our first time at Flora but will not be our last!
We have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile & finally got a chance. Excited that they were still going HRW. Such a beautiful spot in Memorial Park area. Gorgeous interior. Service was excellent. Everything we had was very good. Highly recommend the quest, snapper ceviche & flan!

Great experience for my Birthday party, super knowledgeable server and wonder help from the mangers. Smiling staff and a great shout out to the hostess crew for a wonderful reserved table! Thank you to the kitchen staff for pushing my Moms enchiladas though the line!! Amazing food and looking for coming back to dining again, and maybe getting married there!

We were four ladies out to celebrate. The ambiance is one of the best in Houston. The food was pretty good. The service was very good. The cocktails were not good. We were 4 people with 4 different types of cocktails and none of us enjoyed the drinks. It is a shame that such a nice place couldn't serve a decent cocktail. My recommendation is to have a glass of wine or champagne with brunch instead of a cocktail.

I went for a friend’s birthday and ordered from the Houston Restaurant Weeks menu, and I’m glad I did because full price is not worth it. Overall, it just felt like something was missing, but maybe that’s because my palate is used to a flavorful authentic Mexican. If you are looking for a very contemporary Mexican food experience, this might be the place for you. Service is excellent and atmosphere is aesthetic. The flan and skirt steak themselves were exceptionally good, skirt steak was soft and tender, but everything else lacked flavor. Grapefruit Spritzer mocktail was good. Salsa that came with the sopes tasted too much like lime and was not spicy. The rice was bland. I was just not impressed by the food.
