This is a delicious dessert bakery. It's hard not to stop by sometimes and try something. They have these chocolate pecan tarts which are pretty amazing, and different ice creams, but really everything I've had here has been good. They have weekend specials, but they run out of them pretty quickly - so you have to keep an eye out on their socials and get there early.

Super cute local bakery tucked away in the greater heights! The owner, Becky, is truly a culinary master and really knows how to put together a desert. There's something here for everyone, and I highly suggest planning to come for Saturday morning brunch specials. The ice cream pop is divine as well!

Love trying new places in the Heights! Stopped by and the people were nice & cookies are delicious. They were getting ready to close when I got there so didn’t check out the full menu but will be back!

One of my favorite places in Houston. I take all my family and friends anytime they are in town. I feel like I’m at home with family every-time I walk in. The staff is amazing!! The food is second to none and is so consistent. I rave about this place all the time. 10/10 I LOVE THE FLUFF BAKE BAR!! It’s my second home!!

The fudgiest brownie I have ever had. Best Bakery I’ve reviewed so far.

The depth and ingenuity of their flavors is one of a kind. The staff is patient and conscientious of dietary restrictions. The cookies are chewy and slightly crisp.
I had the gooey butter cookie, the party brownie, and a coffee toffee chcolate chip. All were divine.

Before they even opened, there was a line! The line moved fast and we were able to order quickly. All of the cookies we purchased were delicious but the brisket kolache was out of this world!!! I will definitely make the 30 minute drive again to enjoy the treats from Fluff Bake Bar!

Walked over and shared the bourbon pecan tart (tasted very much like a butter tarts, in all the good ways). A bacon fat gingersnap, star crossed lover (which is like a rice crispier treat, dipped in chocolate)

Everything delicious

Just Me

I just stopped here with my son today after a Yelp recommendation popped up.
Unfortunately our service experience left much to be desired. After receiving our order, I went to read one of the cookbooks on their shelf when the owner came out and told me I couldn’t read any of the books because someone before me spilled on one her books and ruined it for me. As we made our way to a table to eat she rudely told me where to get napkins and utensils. As we ate we heard her loudly telling someone in the bakery repeatedly she wasn’t going to do something. Over all the vibes here were not welcoming . The cookies we had were good so if you’re curious or have to have a sweet treat I’d recommend getting your order and leaving. The owner makes it very clear she’d prefer it that way and we won’t be back.

Fluff Bake Bar might have good cakes, but the service is absolutely terrible. This place feels like the Amy’s Baking Company of Houston — the owner is rude, and the employees seem to take pride in being dismissive and unhelpful. Even asking a simple question, especially over the phone, is met with condescension and attitude.

What’s even worse is their clear bias. Their target clientele appears to be upper-class white people, with little regard for people of color. It’s an unsettling and toxic atmosphere for what is, frankly, a very basic bakery.

Good cakes don’t make up for awful and discriminatory service. Fluff Bake Bar should be ashamed.

Not worth the visit. The owner’s demeanor is less than welcoming. Rebecca is dismissive, unwilling to engage in conversation or provide recommendations, and her interactions with customers often border on rude. She has rules like “five people in the shop at a time” and has a rude way of telling customers to wait outside. Her desserts aren’t even worth the visit.

Great place for coffee and cookies. Bourbon pecan pie on chocolate was delicious. You can sit and enjoy. The owner was there and she's a very nice person. We had the recommendation from Eat like a local TV show and worth it to come.
