I found the price a bit high and the website didn't work while 3rd party sites were inconsistent with what the price expectation was. The quality of food was fairly good, the live music was entertaining.

The overall experience left a sour taste in our mouth. We were dinning with a group of 5. When we checked out, the server handed the bill and tried to not disclose that gratuity was already added for a party of 5...after we asked if it was included, they said yes but also asked for more..the bill was 417$ with gratuity included, we gave paid 500, tipping them an extra 83 dollars. By the time we were leaving, we asked if we can get some of the brazilian cheesy bread to go..they charged us an additional 6$ for a dozen. Lol we paid it and left..left a sour taste post meal and won't be returning..sometimes it's the little things in customer service ?

The fresh bar was delicious with plenty of choices. The meats were seasoned well but a little over cooked. The chicken leg and shrimp were dry but flavorful. I would not recommend getting to go. The meat was underseasoned and over cooked. But you get a full meal with rice, beans and potatoes. The sides were pretty tasty though.

I discovered this place during the 2020 pandemic. The owner and staff are very friendly. This place doesn’t promote to be upscale like other Brazilian places. What they do offer is better food quality and service.The meat is prime grade. Other places are not serving this type of meat quality.

Wonderful place! We come here quite often. The owner is really nice and friendly, and the staff as well. Atmosphere is wonderful. The staff always gives the perfect cut of meat. I love their Brazilian lemonade. Dont miss out!

Tourão is a great restaurant, with a cozy vibe. The live music on weekends makes the experience even better. The meat is halal and you can have it cooked to any temperature you like! Once I sat down, a waiter was there to help if I had any questions. They even gave suggestions on what meat to get based on what I liked. I will definitely be returning in the near future. This is by far the cheapest Brazilian steakhouse in the houston area!

The food was fine but service was definitely below average. My boyfriend, the only one at our table who had been to a Brazilian style steakhouse, tried explaining how the process worked and a server kept cutting him off saying “no no you don’t understand” even tho the server ended up saying the same thing. The servers weren’t even paying attention to the cards. They kept interrupting us even when the entire tables cards were flipped to red and we said multiple times the table was taking a break from eating. There was also a bit of a language barrier with the servers which I don’t mind but some of them would say things under their breath in a language most of the guest (not just our table) don’t understand which I find very disrespectful. There was still an hour until closing and it seemed like they were rushing to get us to leave and kept asking if we were done. Overall, everyone at the table agreed that there was a passive aggressive undertone with every interaction with the servers. I hope these things improve over time.

Updated review. Last time I had to go, and my husband and I decided to dine in this time. The different cuts of meat were really great and cooked well. I am particular with how my meat is cooked and i am appreciative of this. The staff was attentive to all our needs. The live music was also very soothing. Overall, we had a really good experience! I am hoping to take my parents soon.
