This was my fourth or fifth visit to Tandem. I have always been very pleased with my food, the staff, and the atmosphere. I had the raspberry chia waffle and my husband had the root veggie crepe. Both were outstanding! Tandem management should add both of these specials to the regular menu!

I visit Tandem whenever I’m in Travelers Rest. this time I ate breakfast. The service, coffee and food were all excellent. The only challenge was that they were too popular.

Ordered the peach/blueberry crepe special and my wife got the peach/blueberry waffle. Both were delicious and brought out really quickly. Ate outside on the porch which was a bit noisy due to traffic but other wise very nice. would eat here again in a minute.

I love their coffee!! Usually, I’m someone who doesn’t order sweet foods, but I really their blueberry crepes and their blueberry waffles. They also have lots of options for what kind of batter you want for your crepes, so that’s super cool! *watch out for weekends, holidays and times such as those because this place gets packed!! They usually handle the rush well, though! *

Our food was excellent, but we didn’t enjoy their coffee — but still go there and try it yourself. You order at their outside cart and they bring it to you. Their strawberry crepe was excellent and the chocolate banana waffle was good too.

First time at Tandem, won’t be the last! Our party of 7 (plus 3 dogs) really enjoyed the food and the whole experience! You order at the cute yellow VW bus, and we had great service with a smile! Got a table to seat us all. Food came out quickly and it was hot!! I got the Lumberjack crepe and split a cinnamon roll crepe. The Lumberjack was very filling and tasty, my mother had the special Mediterranean crepe and it was amazing!! My SIL had the Dark Choc Banana waffle and she loved it. My brother kept talking about how much he loved the meal all the next day! The food was brought out by multiple staff, and several brought us drinks and checked on us repeatedly. This was Sunday morning around 9am, and it was not too busy when we got there, but the line formed quickly as we were eating. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like crepes and/or waffles!!
Tucked off Main Street in the delightful town of Traveler’s Rest, this little oasis brought me much joy. Placing my order at the outside converted VW Van, the hostess answered my questions and helped me to decide what to order. I had the “Grazing Goat,” (with added bacon - $1). It was nothing short of delicious and I finished every bite.

Tandem, What a lovely surprise! Upon the recommendation of Mike at The Crescent Olive (Amazing Olive Oil store in both Columbia and Travelers Rest, SC) Mom and I decided to grab a bite to eat at Tandem in Travelers Rest. What a delish treat! The service and atmosphere was just as delightful as the food. It’s a total jewel!

Tandem provides an amazing crepe. The portions are huge. We split a Lumberjack crepe. Half was perfect and it was delicious.

Please don’t go here. These people are disrespectful and terrible. Not only did the drastically price gouge during the pandemic. I bought a nice 2016 wine that when opened was rancid and they wouldn’t even let me exchange it for another bottle, even discount on a different one. Such poor customer service. They don’t even care!
