I had to look up Uzbekistan on the map after I ate here because what have I been missing this whole time?? The beef kebab had a unique but delicious seasoning. The rice was buttery and savory, and the acidity from the Korean-style carrots paired perfectly with the savory beef. The service is excellent; the staff were so inviting and talked me through the various dishes with a handy picture book. Ambiance is casual, with it being a food hall you can seat yourself and they'll come find you. Absolute banger of a spot, you gotta try it out and check Uzbek cuisine off your list!

This place is awesome. The shirt cabbage salad is solo delicious. Add hurt peppers to the lag man. They make a handmade noodle soup to die for!! Come and try. Just this on all points - delicious, friendly, delightful!
